It took me a few attempts to get the screws the right distance from the wall for it to slide into the backing of the rack. But once I got it - I had no problems. I love how it looks!!!

This is a well=designed, modern-looking coat rack that was very simple to install. The hooks can either rest open (hanging down, ready to have a coat hung) or you can flatten them in place so they don't stick out at all. Great purchase, good quality, smart design.

Good looking rack. Works well. Install was a bit of a pain. You have to drill 3 holes in the wall to mount it, but no template is provided. you have to pay close attention to your measurements so you drill them correctly. They should provide a template.

So, once installed this works very well, and I quite enjoy it. The one thing the directions for installing don’t clearly say is that the holes are not exactly equidistant. So, when I marked where the holes were on the provided tape, then hung the tape on the wall, I didn’t realize that there was an ‘up’ and a ‘down’ to it. I had a 59% chance, but missed. I had to re-drill several holes to make it work. Thankfully the extra holes don’t show. As I said, works great once on the wall. I like the sleek look to it.

Looks good without anything hanging on it and sturdy with towels on it. We debated on keeping it because there were a few scratches on it where Amazon had packaged it with another, longer version without any packaging inside to protect them from one another. Had to send the longer one back as it was beat up. Amazon packaging get with it!!

We use two of these in our mud room to hang children's clothing and bags. They look and work great.Have them hanging nearer the ground to allow the kids to hang their own things. The rack is great but it can't make the kids hang up their stuff...Read in some reviews that the template is off so I was very careful to check this before I used it, but it was fine for me.There are 3 mounting points that did not match my stud spacings so I made sure to mount left most on a stud and then used my own drywall anchors with the provided screws. You must get your screws on the centers to mount the rack and I had to adjust the screw heights a few times to get a good press fit. But once done it is very sturdy.Like others I am thinking about other locations in the house where I could use the functionality.Wood is natural in color. I suppose you could stain or paint but you have some fun keeping the metal hooks clean during the process. Still the rack as provided is very nice.

This is great for my narrow entry way. Mounting instructions were good (comes with a paper ruler which is surprisingly handy, I taped it to the wall to decide just where I wanted it).The only draw back is that the hooks are painted to look like brushed metal. I was afraid the wood might be painted, but the wood is lovely--it's the hooks look slightly cheap.Mine also warped a little on one end. It was perfectly flush when I mounted it, now there's a slight gap on one end. I'm not upset about it, it's natural wood and it hasn't gotten worse.

Used outside for the beach towels around the pool, have the natural wood finish and looks good, should hold up to a bit of weather fairly well as there's no paint to flake or peel. Hooks are well designed and fold flat when not in use which is great when used in places that you could brush up against it - completely flush and they hold the towels fine even in wind - no falling towels at all.As for the other reviews on the template not matching - it did seem off about a 1/16" to 1/8" but that may be due to it being origami like folded in the packaging - I tried to get it smooth for about a minute and ended up just putting a piece of painters tape along the full length of the back and traced out the holes, took the tape off, flipped it over, stuck it on the wall, leveled it and drilled the holes - no problem at all.

This was pretty disappointing. The actual coat rack itself is awesome. Built really nice, not cheap looking and the feel of the hangers / super nice quality.However when my husband went to install it - he said it didn’t even make any sense. The screws sent were not long enough to trigger the drywall screws to fully open AND give enough length to actually hang the coat rack on the end .Seems weird they’d send the same size of screw / since it needs to be longer to “ catch” and hook on the back.So he had to go the hardware store and buy 3 new screws that were the right length.And you definitely want the anchors into the drywall if you want to have all your winter coats or pack packs etc on all the 8 hooks.Or else it’ll just eventually wear out the drywall and become useless.4 stars for that reason.

Works well. Aesthetically very nice. Love that the hooks fold down when not in use. Installation was easy. Ordered to use in our camper but have ordered a second one for at home now too. Great product!

We have bought a number of these coat racks for ourselves and relatives. They are well made, easy to install and once up they look great and aren’t obtrusive it the room. The rack has a very contemporary/Scandinavian feel.

Attractive -- I was worried that it might look cheap but it doesn't. Looks good on a white wall in the front hallway. Well made -- it went up easily and when you put the hooks up they stay up. We used anchor bolts so it will hold our winter coats. We also bought a classic rack with ordinary hooks, but this one gets all the admiring comments. Highly recommended.
