Very sturdy with the thicker rubbery material
At first we looked at roof boxes. The prices for a decent size is shocking. We came across this item. Decided to order it. It arrived the day it was promised. We have just returned from our first trip with it. It has completely surpassed my expectations. It's made of good quality material, capacity is huge. The stuff i got in it was amazing. Used for a family of 5 on a Ford Smax. Great as saved the space in the car so everyone had plenty of room, even our dog. All was dry after the heavy rain on the way. Very easy to store. The metal buckle strap is awesome. I can't recommend this enough. Good quality and well worth the money.

I wish it had handles on the side to carry it.
This bag is pretty big and can hold quite a bit of cargo. I actually used it in my open truck bed during seasonal travel to free up space in the cab. Worked like a charm! I didn't feel comfortable picking up the bag by the loops it uses to secure it to a roof or in my case a truck bed. It comes with a non-slip mat all the straps you need to secure it all in a storage bag. The zipper is heavy duty and it has a flap to cover it from the elements and to protect your vehicle. At first the zipper was a little tough to open but by the end of the trip we had it operating a little easier.

Very happy with the roof bag
This bag worked great for 2200 mile move. Zippers are great quality and straps are heavy duty. It is easy to take down and put back up. Also it has plenty of room-we put four medium suitcases plus duffle bags and smaller soft bags. Still have room to spare. I ma very happy with my purchase.

Easy to carry car top bag
We had 6 people in our Nissan Armada and needed to accommodate everyone's luggage for our 4-hour trip and this worked real well. The zippers are covered well. It comes with strong straps with Metal buckle, very easy to use and install , and very convenient. Large storage capacity which provides more space in my car. It is foldable, storage bag included for easy storing when not in use. Very happy with this purchase.

Good product that performs as advertised.
This bag is huge and holds a ton of stuff. It is very waterproof and the straps and buckled that were included were of good quality as well. My only complaint is that it's a bit awkward to load and zip up - but that's a function of the fact that you're trying to load it while up on the roof. I will say that zipping and unzipping is considerably easier if the bag has been warmed a bit by the sun. On a cloudy winter day this thing will fight you. I would recommend the product for what it is though- especially at this price.

For non roof rack use your car MUST HAVE FOUR INTERIOR GRAB HANDLES. No door hooks included.
Other brands of these roof bags have hooks that attach to the door frame, but this version does not. It REQUIRES that you have overhead interior passenger grab handles for ALL FOUR DOORS. I see this now in one of their photos, but it is not obvious. I am planning to use this bag for touring in a rental car after a flight, so I cannot know which exact car model I will get ahead of time, and won't know whether it has the handles.SUVs and crossovers like my Rav4 tend to have these grab handles, but they all have roof rails anyway, so you would mount the bag to these rooftop rails, and not the door frames anyway. Passenger cars don't necessarily have the interior overhead handles at all four positions.

Do not buy!!
This cargo bag flew off of our car while on vacation and our belongings were all over the interstate. DO NOT BUY!!
