A little bit gobsmacked by the over-effusive plaudits on other reviews. This is NOT an amazing piece of kit. At best, the picture quality is average. On live camera feed the image stalls and jumps. The motion detection is garbage with too long a delay on the camera starting to record so that it ends up missing the actual event that started the motion sensor in the first place. To cap it all the free cloud service that was advertised when I bought the camera now costs $30 a year or $3 a month, which is extortionate for a cloud service. I have serious concerns about the integrity of the seller and am beginning to take other reviews on Amazon with a pinch of salt

Camera connected easily. The picture was very clear. The camera NEVER worked with motion detection. I would have to keep going on to live view & by the time you have done that the person at your door is ready to leave. My daughter connected her phone as well & if she viewed the camera it wouldn’t let me on. We both have iPhones so I don’t know if it doesn’t connect to iPhones. I also purchased a screw on bracket as it seemed a lot safer than the magnetic stand you received with the camera. My camera kept loosing signal with my Wifi although it was very close. In the end I gave up & returned it. If the camera had worked as it should of I would of kept it.

We live in the house with a porch and do not have a peephole. Could have made it simple and just fix the peephole but wanted some security so went for the camera. I cant stop bragging about it to all my friends and relatives! I have installed it without a problem and the application on the phone was also easy to find and set (have used the QR code to find it). It has quickly got connected and so far did not have any communication issues. The camera takes 2-3 seconds to respond to the movement in my porch so I am notified when anyone is coming/leaving the house and most importantly when the delivery of my Amazon parcels are being delivered! One of the things that I really like is that the app also works on my apple watch but will only send you notifications, you will still need to look at your phone for the images. As it has a 2 way audio, I can also talk to my visitors, the volume level can be adjusted, not to scare them. They can talk back too!!! it might need max 128GB SD card (ive got one, but haven't tested if it actually records on it as currently was happy with what I can see through my phone app). Overall I am so happy with this thing and it gives me such a peace of mind i think i will invest in another one for my back door too.

I am looking for a brand new wireless surveillance camera, so I purchased this wireless surveillance camera and bought a 128G SD card at this store.I was very excited. When I received it, I couldn't wait to use it. According to the instruction manual, I only took ten minutes to complete the APP setup, and then I installed it indoors for testing. Good guy! ! It really didn't disappoint me.Great system, the video quality is great, the footage is quick and clear, it does not skip.Installation was easy, the auto pair feature is great, as soon as i powered up the CloudEdge and the cameras, the footage was visible.Programming the CloudEdge is really easy, you can set it to record ON MOTION, TIME, or 24/7.. i put mine on motion, Motion sensors are accurate and night vision is very clear.Customer service is really great, they actually answer all emails within a day and are very helpful in answering questions and providing manuals and instructions. Setting up the iPhone app is also easy and simple. U just login and enter your cloud ID and that's it. The system came with a good manual.

That is exactly what i want. It took about 3 minutes to install software and connect camera to phone.Picture is very good, only a short delay about 0.5s . You can talk through it and you can change volume in the app. I am currently using this one in my daughters bedroom and that 3M double side tape is very strong and easy to install. Camera didn't fall of for 3 days )) Night vision is working perfect in fully dark room where i personaly can't see anything. There is another choice for assembling (i think it is for outside ) you can screw that to wall. Camera connects to mount on a magnet so you can take it off when you dont need it. Motion sensor works fine as well during night vision and day time.5 star . planning to get another one for outside now.

I used this to monitor who comes in the house and to ensure the "kids" (aged 20+!!) locked the front door at night while I was away in Spain. I mounted it in the porch and every time someone entered or locked up, I got a notification on my phone and could replay the video to see. Naturally it became a source of amusement for them with various gestures ranging from "Hi Dad" to other more theatrical displays!!! You don't need to subscribe to the "cloud" option as you can still access it remotely with an SD card. I bunged a 32GB card in and that seems to do the job fine. Not for outdoor use unless you find a way to fix it permanently as it uses a magnetic mount so any potential burglar could steal the camera and destroy it.

Very, very slow response. Goes on standby constantly to save battery, then takes a very long time to wake up. As one reviewer said, can get a picture of the postman's van leaving but not the postman walking up to house (or even walking away from the house). Also the sound is so distorted his van sounds like a toilet flushing! Far too slow to be useful. A burglar would be in/out before it responded. Avoid.

I bought the camera to monitor the visitors to the house. It is easy to install with clear instructions. I can monitor everything from my mobile and can talk to the person as if i am at home. The video and picture quality is great, and you can see it even if it is dark as it has a nightvision feature. The only drawback is that it is mounted to its jack by magnet and so can easily be hacked off its mount.
