I was very skeptical about robotic vacuums and mops. I researched many of them and always found something to complain about. But this product blew me away. It’s powerful, quiet, fast and above all thorough. I’ve posted photos of some real-world results. You can see how much filth it sucked up in one pass through the kitchen. I also took a time lapse to show you how well it navigates through a densely furnitured room with a carpet. This machine is so easy to use, I haven’t had a chance to download the app and start using it with Alexa. When I do I’ll try and add to this review. The customer service is also first rate. They respond to questions quickly and genuinely want to make your experience a positive one. They really have outdone themselves with this vacuum. I marvel at the way it reaches every corner and hugs the walls to capture every last speck. The design is perfect. It’s low profile allows it to easily navigate under my furniture. No more pushing heavy couches and chairs back and forth to vacuum beneath them. This robot just motors on under them. Love it. One more thing, I originally wanted to get a robotic mop, but reviews panned them as being glorified swiffers, but now that I see how this machine vacuums and mops I love the mop addition. You can add a drop of detergent to the water and stains will clean up nicely and the damp water pad does a great job of providing a deeper level of clean. Something about a robotic vacuum makes me feel spoiled, but once you try this you will see that it really provides a level of service that traditional vacuuming and mopping just can’t match.

Likes:- The robot works well on my hardwood floor and thin low pile carpets.- Does a great job with pet hair and debris on the edges and in the corners.- Dig the mop cartridge and that function takes some time but gets the job done.- Price is right for the performance it is obviously a china product that performs as advertised.Dislikes:- Not easy to set up and get on Wifi to get it connected, but works fine with the remote. Took me multiple tries and some trouble shooting to get it set up fully. The firmware update is pushed as soon as you connect and the process is convoluted and I am fairly tech savvy. Finally got it to work after trying several different variations of methods.- The user manual is poorly translation from Chinese making it more difficult to do the bullet above.- Now it shows offline on the app, have to had no time to trouble shoot and reconnect so stuck just hitting the button to start or using the remote. The app adds some extra functionality which is not functional offline. Probably need to do reconnect procedure again.- Gets stuck sometime. The wipers have come off twice, just a hassle to stop it and put them back on.- Chamber quickly fills with pet hair, need to stop it and empty two to three times during cleaning, but getting better since most of the hair is now up.- No electronic fence, or geofencing. But with app it provides a basic map where it has been until it stop and goes into standby. Then the map resets, so have to watch and use remote to keep out of no go areas like carpet when set up for mopping.- Does not learn but the 4 cleaning patterns are random enough to hit everywhere over time, so not a big deal.Conclusion: 4 star could be 5 but you get what you pay for if you want the Gucci functions I talked to at the end then get something else and pay the extra $$$, but for me happy wife = happy life, this has already paid for itself in the short time I have had it.

I love this product! I love the fact that it will mop as well as vacuum. It comes with 4-wheel brushes and 2- tanks. 1-tank is used for vacuuming and the other tank uses water for the mopping function. It has 2- mopping pads that are machine washable. We have 3 medium size dogs and 2cats in our home and this has been a life saver in battling the hair war. I run this vacuum daily and run my Shark vacuum once a week to keep my house clean and hair free. I like my house to stay tidy and dust free. I highly recommend this product.

I couldn't be happier for the price of it. I have 3 kids and also a 100 pound inside dog. I'm a very clean person. I bought this because I can't seem to keep up the sand and dog hair that gets tracked all around the house. No matter how much I sweep. I was surprised at the fine dust it picks up and it does a great job of getting the crumbs from under the kitchen cabinets. Can't get the fine dog hair off the short pile carpet in the living room but keeps the laminate floors spotless. No more fur bunnies blowing around. Saves lugging out the big vacuum everyday!

This is my 2nd robot vacuum cleaner.. My 1st one only cost me 100 which is kind of stupid as it would stuck in one place and i need to move it so it could work.. i give it up as it don't really help me to do floor cleaning.. I decided to give it a try after i saw this one at amazon. i have to say it didn't let me know, it now can free my hand of doing other house work..

What I really loved about this product was how it functions. The title only mentions this as a vacuum cleaner, but surprisingly, this can also be used as a washing machine. This is a great product for the time being as It is very convienent that I do not have to switch from the traditional broom to the tradition mop.
