Bulbrite Q50FR/GU10 120-Volt Halogen DJD Type Tubular GU10 Bulb, Frosted, 50-Watt

This is the bulb for my office, and it went out. I had none, found it, ordered tuesday and was here Thursday! Thank you. I cannot work without the lightAppreciative!

This is a halogen bulb with integrated glass shield required by electric code. Glass shield had obviously broken off bulb/base and pathetic gluing job was obviously applied t broken item before it was sold. Either shoddy factory quality control or fraud. Someone had even dripped excess glue inside of bulb housing probably while trying to fix. Returned.

This was a replacement for a reading lamp. It came packaged well and works great.

What can you say about a light bulb. It does what it is suppose to do, illuminates the area of my desk very well. The bulb does get very hot so you must be very careful no to touch it while on or anytime shortly after turning it off. It is also a rather expensive bulb to have to replace.

I used this in a 'berp' lamp from JC Penney. It can be dimmed and when turned all the way to max is very bright, with a clear slightly yellow tone. When dimmed, the light it casts is a yellow-orange.

Just what I needed

What can you say? It's a halogen bulb. It works. Clicks in easily. Decent life for a halogen.Handle by the base when installing! You can inadventently break the seal on the outer glass tube if you're not careful.

These bulbs are not easy to find. Very specific to a lamp that I have. It was exactly what I needed.

I found it here and no where else

Fits perfectly... Just as described.
