HP Chromebook 11.6in 11-1101 Samsung Exynos 5250 Dual 1.7 GHz 2GB RAM 16GB SSD Webcam Chrome OS (Renewed)

There is nothing about this that looks refurbished - it is as good as new, but without all the expensive packaging. I purchased this so that I had a back-up to my standard PC, and also to have something to let guests (including grandchildren) use, and it works an absolute treat. The keyboard has a good feel, the screen is bright and the whole thing is light and easy to handle. If you haven't used a Chromebook before, don't worry - it is simplicity itself. Great for email and browsing, watching media (Netflix, YouTube, BBC, etc) and (when used with Google Docs) for word processing and spreadsheets. It is pretty much a paperweight without an internet connection, but otherwise this is a superb bit of kit.

Great value little chrome book. Does what is needed. Very surprised it did not come with a UK plug but some weird adapter. Great item but description could tell you more about the foreign plug, disappointing.

Picture, sound and quality is all superb cant fault it at all. Its quite loud volume perfect picture everything is spot on. Worth every penny. Thanks

For a renewed lap I found it excellent. Love it loads. & If you don't have that much to spend on a laptop then this is the best way to go as they are condition very well.

Product is exactly as described. But no what my kids were after. The whole google app store is bit confusing. my daughter wanted to play a few games on this but wouldnt allow the games to be downloaded onto the chromebook cus they were already downloaded on another device she had . Its ok for browsing and netflix youtube and things like that but not for games.

I'm really pleased with this- it looks brand new! It is everything we needed at a real bargain. Battery life is excellent too (even if it weren't, who uses a laptop unplugged any way?).The only small niggle is the charger- it's American and has to go through an adaptor and it gets quite hot. Speaking of American, the keyboard is too, meaning the @ symbol is above the number 2. Not really a big problem though and you soon get used to it.i'd have no hesitation in recommending this if you're after a notebook. It's ace.

I am very unhappy with this product and with the associated service. The AC adaptor overheats and is horribly noisy. A phone call to the suppliers support line achieved zero response and my online request received the same level of no service. £109 sounds cheap for a refurbished Chromebook, but it's actually an awful lot for a piece of junk fire hazard backed up by non existent support. Save yourself money and aggravation. Ignore this rubbish.
