Great as a gift or to keep!
These battery powered 'candles' have real wax bodies making them look just like the real thing.The 'flame' is an LED so whilst billed as 'non replaceable' they should last a lifetime. It looks fairlyrealistic so these are a great alternative to actual candles where safety or convenience is an issue.I've actually seen these being used in care homes etc... for obvious reasons.CR2032 batteries are very cheap and you should pay no more than about 40p each for them in packs of 10.You will need a jewellers screwdriver set (about £1) to change them though. The batteries seem to havelasted ages for us so far, including leaving them on overnight a couple of times by mistake! It's actuallya shame there isn't a built in battery saver timer set to, say 6-8 hours.Overall a great buy and I've already bought more to give as presents.

Ideal!
I used to burn lots of candles but was worried about the safety and hated the discolouring of my paint work from the smoke. Now replacing all candles with battery ones and they are very good. Chose these as a nice variation in size. I would buy these again.

I love these! Slightly larger than a tea light to fit in my holders, but no problem slightly carving down the wax at the bottom to fit perfectly.

Cold light
The light from these candles is a cold white, I did hope it would be a warm white or even an amber but sadly it's not a convincing colour. They are slightly brighter than I expected which is a good thing, I will keep them and hope I can find a use for them at Christmas.

Wax without waning
These candles are quite small but they are ideal when there are small children around . They are made of wax and the flickering "flame" gives a realistic effect if you don't get too close.

Bought for Christmas but have kept them on display. Give a soft glow. Easy to replace batteries. Arrived on time
