First let me start off by saying that I have purchased many cleansing products over the years. Many of them gave me horrible cramps and forced me to stay close to bathroom. This was the most gentle cleansing ever. I experienced regular gentle bowel movements daily. After finishing an entire bottle here is what I found:1) My bowels are now regular (wasn't before).2) Bad smelly perspiration gone (believe me it was bad.....no matter how many times I bathed)3) No more embarrassing smelly gas4) Candida gone (did the candida spit in a glass of water test before I started cleanse and when I was done). I bought this expensive product to help me with detoxifying my gut as I've been healing from gut-related GI issues. However, almost a week in, the product has not worked and not done anything for me. I wonder if it has already expired (it says October, but that seems awfully close). It was way too expensive for something that does not work.

I've tried other Ayurveda brands and these are by far the best I've ever used.
