Lid did not fit

The product looked nice but feels a bit rough to touch. The pots are quite small for a man’s fingers to pinch salt and pepper but there is a small integral wooden spoon to use to take it out. It serves the purpose it is designed for.

Nicely made in natural material. Looks good on table. Easy to use and not too big. Pleasant change to salt and pepper mills. Well packed and arrived quickly. Would definitely recommend 😊

This, as another reviewer said, does look like a coffin! The spoon also makes the lid not sit flush. Mine was stained on both short edges but with it being stone I expected imperfections. They are quite bad imperfections but as it's next to my hob I expect stains to appear in time. I wanted this double pot so I can have fine salt and sea salt next to each other. I'll be using it for "pinches" of salt so I don't need the spoon and it does hold enough to last give a while if using small "pinch of salt" amounts. I'll just fill it as needed. It doesn't look pretty at all but it's functional. Every salt grinder I buy breaks so I thought I'd try this so I easily have salt at the ready. If you want it to look pretty in your kitchen you might be disappointed but it does the job I want it to. It was expensive for what it is, especially with the dark stains that are on each side.

Whilst the quality of the item was OK, the capacity is far to small, which is then compounded by the fact half the height of each compartment is lost due to the cut out in the divider. Anyone who cooks for an average family of four and seasons to a reasonable level, will find they are constantly filling it up. I will be returning mine and finding something of a more suitable capacity.

Brilliant little pinch bowl, I cook a lot so having this close to the cooker is great ideal size & it has a lid to keep the salt & pepper fresh the spoon is brilliant it is ideal for adding just the right amount of salt & pepper.
