I read reviews and ordered two sizes up, and it fits my husband alright. He usually wears a small in boxers without them being too tight, so I got him a large in these. They are still a little tight, but they are supposed to be snug. I love them, and he says they are fairly comfortable. Definitely order at least two sizes up, if you don't want them to be that tight or if you have thick legs or a big butt, you might want to try three sizes up. Otherwise these are very nice, I have washed them several times (I don't put them in the dryer though), and there are no signs of tearing or any seams coming undone yet.

Materials are nice, design as well but when it comes to sizing... the reviews do not quite express the problem.Many reviews state the sizes run a bit small and to expect to increase your normal sizing by a size or two. Since I can normally fit into a medium quite well, I chose a large just in case.If this is a large, I would like to know exactly: For whom?This so-called large is much more like an extra small. The girlfriend loves it, but for me it is far too restricting... much more like an extra small.Not worth the hassle of return so I just threw them away after one use.If I were to buy from this source again, it would have to be two or three sizes larger for comfort alone.

I purchased these for my husband to wear, something different to change things up. My partner has a 36 inch waist. These are very sexy my only gripe is that the waist band is made of a faux leather which is constricting and not stretchy at all. The size XL were small and didn't fully cover hisr rear end. He still wore them anyway.

I like the materiel and style. However, I got a Large, but it was way too tight. So much so, that they were really uncomfortable. So its easy to say I wont be wearing these again. An XL would have been far better, just not sure if i want to pay for that experiment. If it fit as expected then I would give it a better rating.

Go at least two sizes up for U.S fit. I will refer to some clothes as Asian size ( u know rather petite more like a boy's frame as opposed to an adult male) but these are almost made for ladies. Forget about having an average American frame u cant have much of a "package" either :-/

Based on other's review, I bought a large for my partner who normally wears a small. I can't imagine even an extra large would fit someone who is normally a medium-large. The large fits him great, though, and are soooooo sexy.

First and foremost, these do run small. Based on the previous reviews I ordered a size larger than I needed and that proved to be a near perfect fit. The other issue with fit that makes me say "near perfect fit" as opposed to "perfect fit" is that the pouch part could be a bit "roomier". The 3 star rating is due to these two fitting issues. But, if you order a size larger than you need, I think you'll find the fit works. And they are sexy and fun! They look fantastic on my Significant Otter!

Wife likes the idea of them but they are much smaller in reality. I usually order medium or MAYBE a large but with these the large didn't get much past my knees. Order at least a few sizes larger so you don't end up like I did trying to replace them.
