I bought this as a thermal base layer for outdoor activities during winter. I use medium on the bottom and large on the top, but I ordered 2xl as suggested on the reviews. I ended up with a base layer suit that is tight (but not excessively tight) next to my skin. The sleeves and the legs were a little long. I tried the set right after I received it and I was extremely warm in a couple of minutes. The heath retention ability of this base layer set is very good. I washed it and hung dried (as recommended) and observed no change in the heath retention capacity. I plan to use this while hiking in extreme cold weather or when camping as a night sleepwear.I am a buyer and also a reviewer of products. I provide my critical opinion on many products.
