PLUSINNOKids Fishing Pole with Spincast Reel Telescopic Fishing Rod Combo Full Kits for Boys, Girls, and Adults

I love how everything is in one bag and is very light weight and easy to carry, especially for my little one. It came with a decent amount of bait. This is definitely very kid friendly, and perfect for a beginner fisherman. The rod and reel fit perfectly and was very easy to assemble, just make sure you screw it tightly so the reel isn’t loose. It was very easy to dismantle too. The bag has two nets and you can place your bait in one side and the other the reel. The rod is secured by two Velcro straps and it works fine. The hooks are very sharp, so I wouldn’t recommend a child attaching this, however, with the help of an adult, should be ok. Otherwise, I like the blue, handle is sturdy and line runs smoothly. I recommend this product.

This review is based on an initial "out of the box" review. I have not tested this particular model in the field yet.Not sure if my headline gave it away, but here is my assessment:Value per dollar- at $31 subtotal, surprisingly, you actually get quite a bit!- you receive a rod, spinning reel and pocket sized container PACKED with enough stuff make weekend travelling on the bank hunting for pansized fish or trout- you'll notice that your pocket tackle box will filled with:* bobbers* plastic grubs* swivel snaps* bullet weights (for some texas rigs)* bobber stops* and even a jerkbait!the value of this alone should be anywhere from $12-15Compact Set up- fully extended, the rod is 72 inches (6 foot) but in travel mode, the rod compacts into a mere 16 inches- found this perfect to store inside a backpack, corner of a trunk or even inside a heavy jacket if you are planning on hitting the small streams for some trout fishing.Kids or Ultra Lite setup ?- I can consider this as both- aesthetically, the color of this combo gives it a youth look however, if you actually look at the set up you can see this this can be viewed as a competent ultralight.- the reel handles anywhere from 2-6LBS test and made of metal and plastic (mostly)- one thing that i really like are the thick guides on the rod. normally you wold find super thin (wire like) guides on comparable rods which in my opinion are prone to bending and other damage, feels really sturdyIf I had to say anything about suggesting improvements would be:1. Would be nice if the reel was made with more metals, would give a higher quality appeal and Plussino could be justified in raising the price because it already has great value2. when extending the rod to fishing mode, it would be nice if there was a clicking mechanism to signify that the rod is fully extended between guides. Currently, you just have to pull to where you can pull anymore. The friction of the pull is what keeps the guide in place. My concern here is that there could be possibilities that you pull too hard, casting too hard over time without collapsing the rod leaving the rod in extended fishing mode. This is a suggested design improvement for ALL rods that are telescopic and not limited to this manufacturer.Overall:- Solid value for $31- perfect for youth and those looking for an ultrlight set up- comes packed with goodies and the pocket sized tackle box is already worth about half of this entire cost.Good luck out there!

The media could not be loaded. The Plussino Kids Fishing Pole combo is a great, practical fishing solution for a reasonable price. You get everything you need in one small easy to carry package. Perfect for a first time out fishing or a veteran who wants something simple to have on hand, this Plussino combo has what you need.All that said, I do have a few nitpicky issues with it. For those not familiar with fishing or those looking to start out, there really aren't any instructions for how to setup or use any of the lures/swivels/weights contained inside. I personally would also liked to have seen some basic fish hooks for those of us that like to just keep it simple with a nightcrawler on a hook and a bobber.Like I said in the video, even if this isn't for your little one, it's not a bad fishing solution to just keep in the truck for when the opportunity strikes! I'll be updating this review in the spring when I get a chance to head out into the field and really put it through its paces. I'm looking forward to what Plussino has in store for the future and I'm curious to try out that Spinning Reel!

Great kids fishing set

We received the Plussino Kids Telescope Rod in just two short days & it was even delivered on a Sunday! It is compact and can fit easily into my purse and would be very easy to travel with. It is easy to assemble and it is durable unlike the kids character rods we have. My husband as well as my 8 year old and 13 year old were able to cast it, so it is good for a wide variety of age ranges. This set from Plussino provided hours of fun for my boys and they are already beginning to go fishing again with their new rod.I am so pleased with this fishing pole as it does not take up much room, so we can store it in our car for an impromptu day on the lake.

This rod worked well enough for my 4 year old son that we bought one for my daughter. Then they started having issues in the reels, so that the line catches when you cast and limits the distance you can cast. After about 6 fishing trips, my daughter's reel became dysfunctional beyond repair.

I received the fishing pole from the company called Plusinno. The fishing pole came in the size 150 cm in black. Just the right size for children’s hands. It came with a telescopic fishing pole,1-spincast reel and string with a fishing line. As well as a variety of fishing accessories. It’s a good product for children it’s lightweight, durable, colorful. It’s a great way to introduce children to fishing. The fishing pole comes in different sizes including 3.9 ft and 4.9 ft for children to choose from. I would recommend you purchasing this product. This is a great beginners for children that will bring them plenty of fun.

Amazing quality and perfect for kids! I was hesitant to purchase again as the previous rods came in the wrong colours. But the customer service was exceptional and quick! I haven't tried the rods out yet but we will once we go fishing. So far the quality is perfect. The only problem I had with the fishing lure box, was it came damaged. Other than that great product

No real issues with the rod, but the reel is just terrible. 2 casts and it's a tangled mess.If you plan on getting this, you should purchase another reel to combo the rod with.
