NEVER AGAIN
I am extremely upset as I need this for my business. It took 2 weeks to get to me. Then when I started unwrapping I see tons of scratches, peeling material & if felt like flour & grease. Totally unacceptable. Now it's a headache trying to be refunded because they want the product first. Again, NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Mine is peeling the gray material . Is this suppose to be removed? I give it 2 stars
Came with plastic coating peeling. As someone else described (with pictures). I Tried contacting them several times about this issue with no results. I am confused as to why there would be a plastic coating on An Appliance that heats up! The Manual doesn't say, it's supposed to be removed prior to using.

damaged goods
I had the same issue as the first rater. Appliance was damaged and cost more to return that what it is worth. I just hope it works.
