Harry Potter"HP" Golden Snitch Wrist Watch HC0011

I've had this watch before and absolutely loved it. It has a nice big face with very clear hands and minute notches, which is important to me. The leather band is beautiful and the brushed nickel is very pleasing to the eye. It was originally $30 when it was first on sale, I got my first one (which I can't find) in 2003. I believe this particular watch was made in 2006? Now that it is a collectors item it is definitely more pricey but worth it in my opinion. When the watch arrived I was extremely upset because the watch battery was dead! In the fine print it says that it might be but I overlooked it. Anyway I was so upset that I sent an email to the Hogsmead company that sold it through Amazon. I was furious because I might have to take it out and get the battery replaced at additional cost to me. I calmed down after I sent the email and decided to pack the watch back up, still undecided about shipping it back. As I wrapped the watch box back a little plastic envelope fell out that contained a brand new watch battery and the notice that YouTube videos can show how to change the battery! I was immediately humbled in regards to my angry email. I do have to say that this company kept in contact by emails from the time my watch was purchased, when it was shipped and after I complained. Very friendly and explanatory Very high marks to this company! They do sell many Harry Potter items and I will purchase from them again. I immediately apologized for my anger and ignorance and decided that I must review the item and company to explain how good they both are. So if you are looking at this watch and seriously considering I would highly recommend both! And yes I am a very mature woman who like many adults of all ages loves Harry Potter (I just re-read all 7 books)!
