Dual Boot makes life wonderful
I have an old Kindle Fire which I loved very much. However, as newer updates were added to it less features worked. The elimination of Flash player stopped many things from working. I got a new Kindle Fire thinking that the newer version would support flash, but that was not the case. When I saw this dual boot tablet, I had hopes that maybe I could get my apps to work again. Windows 10 supports Flash Player and apparently the Android version that comes with this tablet does also. All I know is that with this tablet, I can once again get my apps to work on one device.Do yourself a favor and follow the instructions that come with this device completely. Updates may take a whole day after you fully charge the device, but patience is very important. It comes with Windows 1703, but if you let it update itself completely, you will end up with version 1803. Also follow the Android setup completely. Once both operating systems are stable, you can then go get your apps and start watching things work again. I have had the device for less than a week, so I cannot really comment on battery life, charging time, reliability, durability, etc. But, I just know that I am a very happy camper right now with this tablet. I think the device is fairly well built, but I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 just because I don't feel that the switching between Windows and Android is as good as it could be. I always shutdown out of one operating system and then boot in the other. They seem to work great once you are in them. That really probably deserves a 4.5, but I can't find a way to give it an extra half point. I really like the keyboard built in the cover. It is really nice to have something to type on instead of using a stylus.I have had this a few weeks now and still loving it.Update: After about 4 or 5 months, the tablet failed to recognize the SD card. I contacted Customer Support and they advised me to try to update the driver. When that did not work, they sent me firmware files and instructed me on how to install them. That still did not fix the problem. They said that the tablet was still in warrantee and for me to ship it back to them. The day it arrived at their site, they tested the tablet with the SD card I sent with the tablet. It failed the test. They put the SD Card into a new tablet and it worked fine. Within three days, I had a new tablet. I went through the setup process again and now I have a working tablet again. The staff at this company really want you to be a satisfied customer. Their response was very prompt and they quickly went through the diagnostic process and then when that failed, they got me a new tablet. They are very pleasant and helpful. And once again, I am very happy with a tablet that can now do all the things my old Kindle Fire used to be able to do. Having two operating platforms on the same computer is a real plus. Mainly because, as the software developing companies keep playing these proprietary games which keep our apps from working on all platforms, this tablet has both platforms, so you will at least get an app to work in one of the two. Please be advised that this is not a gaming tablet. It has a moderate speed, but it is not a screaming speed machine. It has been able to stream successfully and to screen share wirelessly with my smart TV. It becomes even more versatile if you purchase an OTG cable to give you a USB input to this device. With that, I was able to connect a CD/DVD player drive and a USB hard drive. This just has so many nice features in one tablet. So, I hope I have made myself clear. I am very happy with this tablet and the company that sells it.

Better than expected with a few cons
I am enjoying his little "micro pc" and am pleased with my purchase. I have the advantages of both operating systems in one device. FYI, one operating system has to totally shut down before you can access the other. You can't switch between windows in the two operating systems. There are a couple of things I am finding it hard to adjust to - the touch sensitivity is much harder than other devices I have had. You really have to press on the screen, not just touch it. This is true in both OS and I have found no settings adjustment to resolve this. I find it hard to use the onscreen keyboard for composing email or other documents. The detachable keyboard works great. Also, the battery takes a long time to charge, especially if you are using it while it is charging. The charge only seems to last 4 - 5 hrs so it often needs to be charged during the day even if it has fully charged overnight. In the Android OS, the screen flashes a really bright strobe light right in your face when accessing the browser which is awful! Believe me, it could cause a seizure in someone who doesn't even have a seizure disorder. In my opinion, this should be fixed. Also in the android side, the calibration is somewhat off. I tap on the touch screen in one place but it responds as if I have tapped in a different place. It seems to work better using the keyboard. The keyboard works great but it would be more functional if you could fold the keyboard back out of the way when you want to use it in tablet mode. It doesn't work that way. When you attempt to fold the keyoard back, it just unattaches from the device. There is no kickstand on the device if you dont want to use the keyboard so you have to hold it or lay it flat. It would be nice if the keyboard could fold back to make a kickstand. Finally I would like to say this is a nice little device and the sellers are great. They were very helpful in all aspects of my purchase and did a great job answering my (many) questions - and their quick response was a very pleasant surprise!

Slow overall and no updates to android, good for the price
Decent for the price. Expect time consuming installs and updates on both platforms. I bought to have office and to play one game on android, however the game crashed all the time, and office 2016 was very slow. Returned. (By the way, Amazon will take their sweet time when you return this. Too bad we cannot take 10 days to try it out before we pay them and simply hit a button that says "I like it, I will keep it" or "I'm returning it"

Tablet screen developed a burn mark in 3 months
I have had this tablet for about a month now and overall I am satisfied but not overly impressed.Pros:-Price is good compared so similar tablets.-Screen looks good but does catch a lot of glare.-Battery life is ok, I recharge mine about every other day with moderate use throughout the day.Cons-This tablet does have some software quirks that are annoying. -In android mode the screen flashes when loading web pages. -Sometimes has a hard time rebooting in windows.-THERE ARE ISSUES WITH THE SD CARD -This has been noted elsewhere, that something isn't right with the SD card reader. Mine did not read it until I reformatted the card but then it will stop recognizing it at random times. Also the Android OS is extremely limited on space and the Android OS that the tablet is running will not allow me to format the SD card to internal storage so I can not store apps on the card which kinda defeats the purpose of the card since the apps are what is filling the storage up. This has been the most frustrating part of the tablet so far. I have not found a solution yet.Overall this tablet is a great media streaming device for Netflix/Hulu ect or for light email/work use. For the money it isn't bad but the SD issue is frustrating.
