Magical is the first word that comes to mind as I describe this product! Since my normal keratin shampoo/conditioner was out of stock and upon reading all the amazing reviews, I decided to give Pure Biology a try. In order to tame my very fine, damaged, and extremely frizzy hair, I get keratin treatments every 3 months. Once the keratin treatment starts to fall out, my hair is so frizzy and damaged looking that I can’t wear it down at all until my next treatment. Due to my busy schedule and my normal hairdresser being on vacation, I was three weeks past due for my next keratin treatment and my hair had morphed back into a dull, frizzy, tangle monster full of flyaways and breakage. I have been getting by these past few weeks by covering my hair with hats or throwing up in a ponytail.The first thing that hit me when my order of Pure Biology shampoo and conditioner arrived was the clean, crisp, and tantalizing smell of essential oils. I could literally smell it from the amazon box it arrived in. Because the shampoo is much thinner than my normal shampoo, I was a bit skeptical at how well it would work, but I lathered up and let it sit on my head a couple minutes before rinsing out and followed with the Pure Biology conditioner.I was absolutely amazed at what a difference this shampoo and conditioner made after just the first use! My hair immediately had a completely different feel, from fine and frizzy to healthy and strong. Keeping in mind that I am several weeks past due on next keratin treatment/trim, I was amazed to see my split ends and flyaways were dramatically decreased. Upon second use, I was actually able to get my hair straightened well enough to wear it down even though my keratin treatment has fallen out- something that has never happened before. My very fine and frizzy hair seems thicker after only two uses and started to mimic the effect that a full expensive keratin treatment would have. With such dramatic results after only two uses, I’m starting to wonder if these expensive and time consuming keratin treatments will even be necessary after consistent and continued use. This product is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend to anyone who has damaged, frizzy, and/or thinning hair. I have already recommended Pure Biology to all my friends and family.

This product has many great qualities. I’m quite impressed after just two uses.First, this adds incredible moisture and bounce to my post-menopausal hair. I use a round brush dryer. Typically, I’ll get a decent wave in my layers with my dryer. But with this product? I get nice loose, volume producing curl. And that’s saying something, as my hair is stick straight.Next, this product does seem to add thickness to hair strand WITHOUT that typical drying quality of products that aim to thicken, too. And even better? NO NO NO gluey, sticky residue that makes me regret using a product at all. Not with this! My hair feels smooth, more elastic and soft. Speaking of, the softness isn’t so that my hair won’t hold style. It holds styling effects very well with this product.Another great aspect: Since this product does not leave gooey residue, it has great “slip.” I can run a round brush dryer through layers with ease. And conversely, this product doesn’t make styling tools fall right through layers (while I get no wave or curl). Again not with this. The slip is absolutely perfect.I am hopeful that this product can help improve my female pattern hair loss. For now, it’s way too soon to claim it helps that. However, the volume, bounce, elasticity and curl/hold/body this adds?? Well, I’m glad I tried this.Looking forward to trying another bottle after my first is done to see if there’s a notable difference with loss or thinning later on with continued use :)So far, after all these years of searching for a product — that isn’t just applied after wash and conditioner but IS conditioner — I think this is a great product with a reasonable price tag. I’ve been a fan of an ola plex product. This seems about equivalent but lesser $$. Highly recommended!ETA: been using this for over two years with the same great results!!! Still highly recommended !!!!

At first glance I thought I will use all of this in one use with my long hair but really it takes way less than most conditioners I've used to get full coverage. I love that it leaves my hair soft but manageable - with thin hair a lot of conditioners leave it too fly away and it can't hold style. This one leaves it just soft enough not to tangle but manageable enough to curl.The smell while using is a little like a medical cream - my husband HATED the smell but I don't find it all that bad - and I found that after showering it doesn't smell as strong as it does while using it. He didn't complain or notice a different smell until he used it himself (because he ran out of his conditioner). I used it last night and can definitely say my hair does not retain the smell.I am anxious to see how it helps growth and will update after I finish this bottle.

My wife is a liver transplant recipient. 27 years out. Medications have caused hair loss. For years. Nothing has ever worked to slow much less shalt this loss. And she, we have tried a litany of things. Extremely disheartening.Until now. After 6 weeks of use, Pure Botanicals seems to be slowing the hair loss. Amazing. No question she will keep using it, purchasing more, because for the first time… hope. And real hope.Given the results so far, do follow the directions. Leave shampoo on for as long as possible, and absolutely use the conditioner too.And the overall product is very pleasing. We both like the feel, texture, scent as well. Leaves your hair in very good condition. And a very small amount seriously goes a long way. One squeeze easily lathers a full head of hair. And equal amounts of both the shampoo and conditioner work well.So top shelf props for this product. We will be ordering more. And more. Finally after years, hope. iWell done.
