Comfortably efficient
This backpack offers a lot of room for my bulk of essentials at work - packed lunch, a shirt, light jacket, laptop, water jug among others - while still leaving a separate compartment for masks, pens, phone charger, hand sanitizer and a first aid kit, all the stuff I bring daily working at my multiple jobs. Yes it is plastic and won't really last long but for now let me just enjoy its ease of use, quality work and overall good design.Definitely worth recommending to others.

Great customer service
I had get see thru backpack for work. I’ll admit I didn’t want to, but being able see where stuff is and not have dig thru bag plus waterproof in inclement weather is a plus. This is a sturdy thick bag , but plastic strap adjuster did break. I still give it 5 stars because customer service was super fast at responding and replacing it with a new bag. I find if I just ask for help and not show anger most companies are willing work with you. I will say I like this product and jumparo went above and beyond with customer service, that matters to me.

Solid Backpack
It's a decent backpack, I use it for school and it holds all my items really well, the side pocket on the outside ripped a little after using it for a few weeks. The hemming broke slightly on them but other than that I like it :)

Perfect to use for concerts and sporting events in large facilities
This backpack performed exceptionally well during a Notre Dame football game, accommodating sweaters, blankets, wallets/keys, as well as food and water. It's currently my go-to bag for outings with our kids, thanks to its durability.

Surprisingly pleased
Bought these for a vacation festival, not knowing if clear backpacks would be required, and although 3 in our group decided not to use theirs, one did and it did exactly what it was supposed to do. Thicker than I thought they would be. Made very well. Wouldn't recommend them for some heavy duty hiking/camping, obviously, but for a day trip to a festival or concert, they were great. Plenty big enough for a light jacket/sweater, water bottle, phone, camera, snack bars, etc.

Great bag
This was a perfect bag to bring the the Mariners and Toronto baseball game. The size is within their guidelines and the bag holds quite a bit.Made well. I will be using it again next year for their series.

Poor quality
The straps on this bag are not attached to the bottom of the bag. Not suitable for use in this condition.
