2 Pomeranian boys kept marking sofas and chairs. I was spending more money on liquid, mops, and puppy pads to keep the home clean than what I spent on these pack of pampers... The pack lasts for half a month since it brings 30 and I have 2 boys. I didn't think I would ever have dogs with pampers but if this beats cleaning pee every 10 minutes then so be it.Sizing: Guide shows they are at the minimum waist length for Small, so they could be wearing xs/toy size, but then it would be stretched too much and too tight with all the extra hair Pomeranians have. Some reviewers say it doesn't stay on their dogs, but Im pretty sure they are buying the size too exact and I found this pamper can't stretch too much because they will come off. It's not meant to be stretched and glued around too tight to the waist. The key is to put it fitted and purchase the size accordingly where your dog is not reaching the maximum waist length number on the sizingguide. The only reason they stretch and are elastic is so that it can be flexible with the dogs movement, but it is not so that you can stretch it to the max and then stick it together....the Velcro is not strong enough for that and it will come off.Bonding strength: The Velcro style bonding part is simple. There are no tabs or clear plastic adhesive tabs to remove before sticking. It is just a less intense velcro that comes integrated inside the pamper. To get the best attachment strength make sure you open the pamper and unfold the fabric on the sides covering the blue Velcro part so it will increase the total area of bonding. Someone put the pamper on without unfolding the sides and they kept coming off after a few hours. The more contact the blue sticky part has then they will not come off.Absorbance: They absorb very well and do not feel wet to the touch even after an entire day. The pamper is white with blue lines and will turn all yellow when it has pee. They last a full day for my small Pomeranians, but this depends on how much your dog marks and pees. If your dog pees a lot then you might need to put a fresh one in the AM and a new one by PM.Cons: All the pampers have a weird smell when fresh. They smell like Carbon or even cardboard. The smell doesn't seem to affect the pom boys. I also wish they had a larger pack with a higher count. 30 ct. is very small considering when someone has more than 1 dog. So I wish purchasing in bulk for a discount would be a option.

Fit is great, no leakage!

Pros: Fit my large dog's uncommon waist size much better than most other brands! Very good absorption . Easy on-off. Good value.Cons: Slightly less adhesive, but I use them more as liners for a cloth overwrap.Not the wrap's fault, it's designed for smaller dogs, but I wish the pads were slightly wider, to accommodate my large, but skinny- waisted, dog's "cover area" with some room to spare.

Product is great. Holds a lot. My boxer is 13 and has to wear these while I work. Good absorption, good closure, good fit. Don’t order these on an automatic 2 week send out because Amazon cannot get them to you on time and you will pay extra money to buy others to hold you over due to the delayed delivery announcement you get on the evening they are due to you.

These are not nearly as good quality wise as a previous brand we ordered.They seem to stretch and slide off our dog and they bunch up while he's wearing them,causing the urine to leak out the side.We have to lay him on his back to put them on properly,not an easy task for a 17 yr. old arthritic dog.

My previous dog was paraplegic (he could not feel his bladder) and these were one of my 2 go-to brands. I tried SO many and since he was elderly and prone to UTIs, fabric ones were too bulky for his comfort and never seemed to get clean enough. I switched to disposables and his UTIs stopped. He didn’t use a wheelchair (too painful) and these stayed on when he’d pull himself around the house. And these are EXTREMELY adjustable.My current elderly dog (I adopt elderly special needs dogs) gets grand mal seizures and always loses control of his bladder each time :( He would get so confused when he regained consciousness and noticed he’d peed/had pee on his fur and blankets. He’s fully house trained and seemed worried/embarrassed about the mess no matter how much I let him know it was ok/never make a fuss about it (it’s not his fault!!). Since he sleeps with me in bed and there’s no warning signs for his seizures and I bought a new bed w/long warranty I put these on him from about 8pm until 9am (when dogs typically have seizure activity). He’s able to use cloth belly bands so I use these when I’m washing his cloth ones or when we go run errands. They’re more comfortable for him than the bulky cloth ones and conform to his body better. They can also be reused 3-4 times if he doesn’t dribble in them (I put folded toilet paper inside). I also keep a couple in my car and purse in case we’re out late or spend the night at work/elsewhere.These definitely were thought out very well and the sizing is forgiving. There’s a wetness strip on the outside that turns blue when peed in too. The adhesive is VERY strong. I’m impressed with this brand, it’s affordable for the performance and I say this as a zookeeper.He’s a Pomchi and his waist is 18” and the Small fits perfectly. My previous dog had ac16” waist and the Toy size fit him a little big but I just trimmed the excess and they also fit great!! We have these diapers delivered every month. We’ve been using them for quite awhile. The last 2 packages have been defective. The “Velcro” part peels off the diaper. I tried contacting Amazon, but they stated it was a third party vendor. The Simple Solution website has no ability to contact customer service. These diapers have worked well for months, so I am disappointed that I may need to find another option.

These work great! I didn’t realize that you need to fold out the sticky area at first so my dog kept getting them off, but once I notice that it extends they stay on great.

We have an incontinent 16 year old dog and use these to supplement a couple of washable bands. They work very well. They are just a bit pricey to use exclusively or we would.
