The only better parchment sheets are King Arthur which are three times the price. I use these for baking and tenderizing meat. Saves on meds!

Love the flat sheets versus messing around with curls and cutting to size from the roll. Just the right thickness. I use for everything from baking empanadas to lining tin for enriched bread. Can use same sheet multiple times for baking items like cookies. Will only buy this product now.

This was a 2nd purchase of Parchment CUT to cookie sheet size in a slim easy-to-store Box. The first was a GIFT, and I found the sheets so handy replaced when gone. The thin papers live by their claim to NOT STICK and I don't feel as wasteful tossing them as when I used Tin Foil. Good price for a Good Product! YES-I'll buy it again.

I have used several brands of parchment paper and was initially skeptical of this product because it was less expensive than other brands. But... I love it! Each sheet does a great job of protecting the pan. I have never had any issues with tearing, even when I have loaded it up with veggies for roasting. I also love the box - it makes the parchment easy to store and access. I will be buying this again!

I bought this b/c the King Arthur brand is not available anymore. This paper works great. It is the size of a home sheet pan and comes in a cardboard envelope as depicted. I saved the KA plastic bag and use that instead, however, as they are thin and hard to get back into the box if you pull out too many. This product is thinner than KA and more slippery. I gave it 4 stars b/c I still prefer KA but in terms of functionality, I have no complaints. I use it for baking bread at >450F and it works brilliantly. I've also used it in the toaster oven for veggies, fries, etc. - again, works perfectly. I've also used it to line cake pans. Here, you will need to cut them in rounds but they still work well. Highly recommend this product...Revised my score to 5 stars since it really is a great product,

Hands down the best for cutting and wrapping caramels. I tried to save a few dollars the second time I purchased pre-cut parchment paper sheets and I regret my decision.Now I'm waiting for a new order of these to arrive in time for me to finish my Christmas caramels. I've learned my lesson and will never deviate from the Zenlogy sheets again. I didn't realize how amazing they were until I tore wrapper after wrapper of the other brand.These sheets are PERFECT. It's like they're flexible/stretchy enough to be twisted to to hold and not tear, but not 'waxy' enough to feel thick and unwind (like wax paper does).I make soft, chewy caramels and decided that it would be much easier to cut pre-cut sheets into wrappers instead of parchment paper from a roll. I was right and I can cut stacks of ten (or more) with a scrapbook paper slicer and it makes it so much easier and cost effective.Learn from my mistakes. Buy this product if you're making caramels and don't try to save a measly four dollars....

2021 They're parchment paper cut to the size of a 1/2 sheet pan. Very convenient and a must have for all bakers! The cardboard slim box it comes in is handy and helps to keep the papers neatly stored. This is my 2nd time buying and I'll definitely keep buying them in the future.

Completamente insoddisfatta. I fogli erano privi di una confezione propria ma erano posti (senza alcuna pellicola protettiva) direttamente nel pacco della spedizione. Quindi dal punto di vista igienico pessimi. Inoltre, non c'era alcun foglietto illustrativo che riportasse il materiale con cui sono fatti e certificasse l'uso alimentare. Farò sicuramente la procedura per il reso.
