My new slackline arrived very quickly and is exactly as described. Due to the fantastic shade of green you can see it a mile off. It's very easy to set up and the ratchet is good and tough and makes adjusting the tension a doddle; there's a good set of instructions in the box and any amount of advice on youtube. Firetoys' own website is also excellent. Definitely get some strips of carpet or something similar to protect the trees; keeps everyone happy and upholds the reputation of the sport. I would also suggest choking with a suitable strength caribiner or shackle rather than directly through the soft eye. This will stop the friction of fabric on fabric and extend the life of the line. All in all this is a great product and is much better value for money than the big name brands.

A nice easy slack line to put up and fairly quick to put away. The ratchet system is easy to use, doesn't require much effort to put up and makes it easy to tighten. Had ours for a year now and it's not showing much sign of wear. We use matting underneath it as we tend to use it in woodland and landing on sticks can be quite sharp on bare feet. We also use a bit of cardboard to put in between the line and the tree trunk to protect both the line and the tree (when I ordered it the tree guards weren't included). Found the length more than long enough. Came with a canvas bag which has been useful to keep it contained but a bit uncomfortable to carry it any long distance.

Fantastic. Comes in a nice box. Includes a very useful canvas carry bag, the loops are thoroughly reinforced. The ratchet is as good as any and has the safety close feature.The only reason I haven't given the fifth start is due to the wear and tear. It is mostly still new and shiny, however some of the more commonly stressed areas beginning to fray, and I've only had it out a dozen or so times.

I took a while to give a review because I had to test the product and I can say is really easy to use it and is good quality the line is long and I recommend for people that want to have a different hobby I absolutely love it

First of all, I just wanted to say this is slackline looks absolutely beautiful. It is easy to see and feel that it is a robust and high-quality product. It came with clear instructions on how to set-up and all the kids were entertained for hours! I couldn't recommend it enough. I’ve used this for over a year with no issues. Great to get started on a slackline and easy enough to set up any where and pack down in minutes. Not even that heavy considering. 👍👍👍

Great fun and fairly easy to use. Managed to set up first time following the instructions provided without any additional help, but it did take a while. Much easy the second time around. Very easy to de-rig. Clear explanations of how to lock the line - and these are reinforced with a warning printed/etched into the ratchet which is really helpful. I'm no expert when it comes to slacklining so hope to add more detail to this review once I know what I'm talking about! Got this for half price, so all in all a good buy. The only negative at the moment is that it comes with tree protectors that are 99cm long, 94 usable length if you want the 5cm of Velcro overlapping - which means they only just fit a 30cm diameter tree. Given the kit says you need trees with a minimum diameter of 30cm it seems silly that these aren't longer - they are just felt and have to be one of the cheapest parts of the kit so seems like something it doesn't make sense to skimp on, making them 150cm long to comfortably fit a 45cm diameter tree surely wouldn't add that much to the overall cost of the product. Ultimately this is a fairly minor issue, as it's easy to use old towels as tree protectors but it did irritate me when I first went to use it - the trees I'd originally planned to use were too small to be safe, then the next pair I tried were too large for the tree protectors, felt a bit like goldilocks trying to find a pair of trees that were just right!

A bit of a fiddle at first but once you get the hang of how the line is put together, tightened and loosened its a really great product. We bought it for my daughters 7th birthday and set it up in the garden using fence posts either side. Worked a treat. I would trust the line to hold my weight too.. I just dont trust the wooden fence posts!

I like the price and the actual item is pretty good. My family and I have been using it since it got delivered. We may not stop slacklining ever. I am happy I got it before it ran out. If you see it available again, get it!

Nice length, good material, ratchet is strong. I like that it comes with a string bag for carrying around and storing it in. It is easy to set up and take down (though taking down the ratchet to a bit of figuring out, just put it in the open position and push down on the ratchet). Very fun for COVID19 times!
