When the adapter moves it can pause the song and change the song. Very inconvienent if you have your phone in your pocket. If you move the adapter around not even a lot it makes changes to the music I’m listening to. Needless to say it’s like having randomly sized music samples playing through your ear/headphones.Another thing is if you care about sound quality it throws that out the window and introduces a lot of noise.At times when I’m playing a song from pause/starting the music app it will play out loud from the phone and not the headphones. It is embarassing.

I found out about Sylo via a feed on facebook and was so impressed that I ordered one. The little device came the next day via Amazon Prime and I charged up immediately so I could get some use from it that day. However, when it charged up I discovered the blue recharge your device button was slightly faulty and not charging my mobile so I was going to arrange to return through Amazon but noticed inside the packaging you could email Sylo if you found it faulty. I emailed and immediately got a reply asking me to return the device and they would arrange for another to be sent to me and refund me fully for the inconvenience caused. Within two days I received a replacement arranged through Amazon which is working very well, a really nice product, really handy for carrying around with me to recharge my mobile phone or tablet. Overall besides the product being brilliant I have to thank Mr Steve Hammond, Customer Service Representative of Sylo for his amazing customer service skills and communications in me being a really satisfied customer with their product.

From personal experience I cannot speak highly enough about this little flashlight. These really are fantastic wee torches for the money. I bought one a year or so ago and it's still performing without issue so I sourced Amazon for exactly the same brand (HWA/WYS Ultrafire with CREE LED) and ordered five of these in different colours. As for the lumens debate I see in the other reviewers comments, I cannot say. Here is how I judge this torch. Went out the back of the house in the dark and turned it on and the back garden was lit up. Slide the lens up and a perfect CREE chip spotlight appears and boy is it powerful. All the light I would ever need from a small torch.In summary, this flashlight is designed to be a small EDC pocket torch with a nice wee pocket clip. The light it emits is IMHO more than sufficient for EDC purposes and much more (again, it's a powerful wee torch). If you really need something brighter still then I would recommend the following model 2000 Lumens CREE XML T6 LED Zoomable Flashlight Torch Skid Proof Fit AAA 18650 which is also a fantastic flashlight for the money, also by UltraFire. After 2 days of owning this product I’m simply not happy with it.At the beginning I was hearing a buzzing noise through my speakers and headphones as the headphone jack doesn’t seem to fit properly. It almost seems it needs to be pushed in further but won’t.Each time I attach it to my phone I need to “jiggle” it about so that the buzzing stops.My final straw though is my that music (through the YouTube app) keeps pausing as if, all of a sudden the speakers have been disconnected.Obviously this is extremely annoying as when I go to press play it starts to buzz and I then have to go through the whole process again.When it is working it’s fine as it plays and charges, but honestly it’s been not working longer than it has been.I would strongly advise against this product!

I don't normally write reviews but for this I'll make an exception. It's incredible!!! I LOVE it. I have an iPhone and the first time I used this it went from 20% to fully charged in a little over an hour. And it still had power left after that! My only concern was that it got quite hot, but Sylo have assured me this is normal and quite safe. Apparently it has a safety feature that cuts the power to prevent it overheating. Besides, it cools again as the power level drops. I will definitely buy one of these again in the future. It's freaking awesome! :)

Well made charger, my old one broke after a few years worth of abuse so purchased an exact replacment.I like the way the charging ports all have individual charging indicator lights that switches off as the item is full and stops charging. Lets me know which item is still charging.Charges all my items well, from ipads to phones to vape sticks to gopro batteries etc etc.I now also have a new Anker 4 port charger that doesn't have this and I kinda miss that function. I know its not critical but its useful to know.

Bought for my niece, arrived really quickly, well packaged. Inside the box is the bulb and remote, it does include a battery in the remote. I had to buy an adapter as her lamp was SES e14. you can easily buy an adapter from amazon for a few pounds.after fitting it i switched it on and it works like a dream. it doesn't get hot so its very safe lower down in the room. it has like 4 mode of strobe flash and gradual fade etc. you can also pick the color by pressing the color on the remote. It has the option of white light also. it is the perfect finishing touch to a child room or even a bit of fun for adults.
