I really cannot recommend this company highly enough. There were problems with the delivery of this order and their customer service was outstanding in the way they handled the problem. Nothing was too much trouble and all of my questions were dealt with swiftly and courteously. When all of the problems were resolved and I received the bathrobe it was exactly as described, and exactly what I wanted. Really good value for money, and as stated above - really outstanding customer service.

Cheap and cheerful but very poor quality. If you are planning on wearing this robe to lounge in, think again. It would work fine if you want something to throw on and off quickly coming out of the shower which to be fair is what it is designed for. I wore it a bit more than that eg in the mornings while making breakfast. Within a couple of months one of the seams had split and there are multiple pulls in the fabric. It looks now looks worse than my old one. I only paid around £18 for it so I should not complain but in retrospect I wish I had invested that money into a better quality one.

I brought this for my son at xmas, he loves it and wears it all the time. It is not very thick but our house is not very cold so is ok for him

As described but loses a lot of colour so needs to be washed separately.

I'm delighted with this towelling bathrobe. It's amazing how difficult it is to find one. All bathrobes in the shops these days seem to be velour. I just wanted an absorbent towelling one to put on after my shower. This is perfect and unbelievably inexpensive. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

For the price this is a great robe. I have had thicker more luxurious ones but that is reflected in the price. Its actually hard to get a Terry Towelling Robe now as they all seem to be fleece ones, so this is great.Great Robe for a great Price !

Lovely and soft, a little on the large size but better a bit big than too small.

Arrived quickly, quality very good just what I wanted to go on spa days with very pleased.
