Keeps the drink hot
I didn’t believe that one mug could change the flavour of a drink but this mug did. It holds the temperature and thereby holds the flavour. I am a very happy buyer.

Slightly smaller than expected
The dimensions were as given on the webpage, but the base size which wasn't given is quite small and makes the mugs a little smaller than expected.Otherwise they are really nice mugs and are comfortable to hold and very nice to drink out of with a lovely smooth glaze inside which I hope will withstand the hard water in my area and not go brown inside. I am fairly confident that this won't happen, as I find the better quality mugs remain unchanged by the hard water.
