Mil-TecUnisex Recom Backpack

I only just got it yesterday and I am thrilled with it. It’s HUGE and even has pockets on the waistband support. And as you can see in the photo there’s a large Poncho style waterproof thingy that covers the whole backpack. I look forward to using it. Also it’s fairly comfortable and has metal frame with is removable.EditI’ve been using it everyday since it arrived and full with all my survival gear. I’ve been doing this to check out the bags disability. Everything is perfect and it is very comfortable for long tracks.I got up at 5am this morning and it was raining and the wind howling (I live In Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿) so I thought I should use the weather to test how water proof my bag is. I pulled the built in poncho over the whole bag, which wasn’t actually easy to do because the poncho is sewn to the inside of the lid pocket but I mannged and once it was on it stayed over the bag. I walked for over an hour in the pouring rain and wind and got home, pulled the poncho off and it was bone dry. Absolutely thrilled and satisfied with this bag.Just had to add this that this bag has really grown on me over the few weeks I’ve been using it. It is the most comfortable bag I’ve ever had on my shoulders and another thing is that I paid £66 and now the price has jumped up to £86 now that’s £20 increase. Good for me but not sure why they increased it by £20. I’d still pay the extra if I had to.

Got this for camping - it holds an enormous amount, is well made, light weight and highly adjustable. Plenty of attachment points and the pockets are large. Can’t fault it and for the price it’s incredible value for money!

I plan using the backpack for my outdoor adventures, spending a few days in the forest. It comfortably holds all the neccessary equipment plus the food and water. The backpack material seems to be strong, and it sits comfortably on my back with a weight of 10kg. I miss a builtin rain cover but fortunately I have a military poncho in case it is raining outside. Time will tell how durable it is, but for the price it definitely can not be a miss.

Been using this backpack for a while now and it's safe to say it is huge (never filled it) and sturdy. The torso is adjustable to fit a good range of heights. The side compartments are equally as spacious as the main compartment. Contrary to another review, there is indeed an attached raincover in the lid of the backpack!

Not as thick as the old PLCE style Bergens used by Irish & British Military, much thinner and lighter but very sturdy and comfortable piece of kit. Haven't fully loaded it or used extensively but very happy it will hold up.

Brilliant bag for the price and very pleased with the quality and would deinately reccommend this product. Five stars!!!!
