I used over undershirt the fabric is very scratchy

Good size belt for my hernia so I don't have to feel like I am wearing a straightjacket. I like that the velcro can be closed anywhere on the belt. I orderd a few more to have because I need these belts and I've tried so many and they are either too wide, or made poorly. The width of this is just right.The cons of this are just like most belts like this, the material is hard and scratchy against your skin. It would be great if these belt makers made them with a soft lining on the inside so your skin doesn't have to deal with such a rough material scratching against your skin or getting stabbed by sharp Velcro.For me though, this is the best belt that I've found that doesn't break the bank.

Did you have kids and still have a little FUPA? Don't feel like wearing your Body Shaper or Waist Training because it too freaking hot for those now. This will help you lift up that FUPA. You can wear it under or over your clothes. I noticed that it helps with my sciatica from sitting all day. Wearing this has helped me strengthen my lower back muscles because my FUPA is lifted and supported. I'm more comfortable sitting in my desk chair now.

I used this after back surgery to help keep my bone stimulator in place. It worked well for that purpose but I was unfamiliar with the fabric used. I should have looked it up but I did not thinking if it was designed for a pregnant woman it would be comfortable. It is very rough...between coconut husk and those rough welcome mats.

Good for what I wanted but the inner material is a bit rough, only to be use over an undershirt.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it.Shw said it helps relieves certain pressure points.It's a great buy.

Bought it with the extender as I’m a larger bodied woman but it just folds over if you try and sit in it and it’s a bit rough against the skin in my opinion. Also, I’d hoped it would help to lift up my belly after my c section but it just squashes it down, making the “apron” worse.

I bought this belt to assist with small leaking when coughing or jumping - I am an older mum - unfortunately with time all sort of things go south. No more leaking after 3 weeks. I wear it on hips

Quite right considering I had the larger size and I'm not as big as the measurements given! Can certainly feel the secure ness of the belt though, a little frustrating to have to unvelcro every time you sit down as incredibly uncomfortable but definitely has some stability to the hip/pelvis and back area. Great for people with spd or pgp if your pain is in the pelvic area.

Hoped this would help after my c section. I am size 24 and although it does fit round me it was no use as it is to narrow to support properly. Needs to be much wider to cover a larger stomach area. I can see it would be good for someone without a tummy overhang though.
