bad quality - handles broken on arrival
ordered a replacement because the first one had a broken handle, in the box.the replacement ALSO had a broken handle, but was still packaged up.horrid quality; avoid this brand.

do not go by no 12, this kadai is very small you can cook for 2 person or you can deep fry .

The base is round like a ball.
The base of this kadai is round, the picture shows as a flat base though. It does not stay still on the stove top and you have to hold it whenever you are stirring. The anodized coating is good.
