MagpulSummit Sunglasses, Matte Black Frame

This is a great product. The glasses look great (like Oakley's or similar style) and they offer basically whole eye protection. I don't know if they'll stop some shrapnel, but I hope I never find out!They come in a really cool case that looks like Magpul's magazines, which I thought was an awesome touch. Inside the case is a little microfiber bag to keep the shades in.They are pretty dark though - this is great if you are outside, but when shooting at indoor ranges everything becomes noticeably darker. This has not had a negative impact in my shooting, but they are more like sunglasses than the clear protection they give you at the range, so be aware of that.Great purchase!

Quality looks good, but these things fog up instantly when I put them on. It's not even that cold outside. Very surprised this is happening. I own a ton of Magpul products and it pains me to put 2 stars on this thing but I have a pair Oakley's around the same price , given there are none of the ballistic protection the Magpul have but they never fog up. Maybe the Gen 2s will not fog as much. Wish I could have returned these. They are on the smaller side as well which was expected but they are almost like a hold size. Really wanted to like these sun glasses.

As someone who loves magpul firearm products, I was hopeful these would be my new go to sunglasses. Unfortunately I have been pretty disappointed with them all around. The optical quality seems to be inferior to smith optics and the general for and finish isn’t great. For a product made by magpul, I expected something more durable. I will continue to wear them until I get another pair of glasses, but these will likely be the last magpul glasses I purchase.

In need of some upgrades. These are way overpriced. Magpul has them on their website for $55 as of July 2020. Also the inside of the lenses are too easily scratched and hard to keep clean. They get water marks just from washing them. Need a better coating on the inside of the lens and these would be my favorite sunglasses. They fit my face well and look nice.

My husband loves them, but they came chipped & he was promised a new pair, but they’ve never sent one. So he has a great pair of glasses he can’t wear because looking at a chip in the lens isn’t good for your eyes.

I have a smaller head so I was very pleased with the fit of these sunglasses. The frames are very lightweight but sturdy. I'm very pleased with the optical quality of the lenses.

Well fitting eye protection seldom fog from expirations, my new favorite rose grade sun glasses. Travel case is extremely stout should last for the life of the glasses.

Really love these, sturdy, well designed. Just a great pair of sunglasses. Case is also great too
