beyond expectations
This device has performed perfectly so far. Exceptional build quality. It does what I want it to do and it seems at times that that is a lot to ask for from our devices especially as it relates to business applications working remotely.

Avoid making this purchase at all
To keep this short and to the point. This has been the worse purchase I’ve made to date. This is listed as a 2020 model which it’s not. It is surface 4 which is a few years old. It was missing the accessories listed and multiple seals were broken. Not to mention it visibly had markings that showed where prior stickers on the box had been removed with piling on the remaining adhesive indicating that it was apparent this item wasn’t new. The price was even higher than that modelSells for by about three hundred dollars. I returned the product. I promise you don’t want to buy this for all additional reasons that go along with retuning the product. Ratings on this product have been altered. Do not buy this product.

One month - very happy with this tablet
I was worried the graphics wouldn't handle 1080 movies (I use a USB-C 4K adapter to send the video to my 50" UHD tv), but it works great. Light, and powerful. So glad I got the Business version, with its higher RAM and SSD.

Great alternative when you have to carry a company laptop
Glad I got this. 10 inch is great gor my needs. Win 10, LTE is a must for business travel. Let's me take a second laptop, through TSA Pre at airports without having to remove it from my bag

Cousinjay is not to be trusted!
The product was advertised as a new Microsoft Surface Go LTE laptop. It was in fact a used item (about 3+ years old) and had been previously registered but the 1-year Warranty had expired in 2019 (according to Microsoft). I returned it within 24 hours of receiving it. I paid $720.92. The processor was very slow and the bezels on the display were too wide so I was unhappy with the purchase. I received a refund of $572.27. I expected a full refund. In this case the seller (Cousinjay) kept the difference ($148.65) as a "restocking fee." Amazon apparently defers to a seller's written policies rather than observe normal and fair retail business practices. Shame on you Amazon!
