Garlic, Minced and Dried - 1 Pound - Medium Sized Cut of Dehydrated Garlic Spice

This garlic has a great strong flavor. I was actually surprised when I opened the package and smelled how strong it was. I love it. I placed this with some dried minced onion into a small grinder and use it for seasoning while I am cooking ans also for topping meals at the table. I keep the extra in an airtight container ready when I need to refill the grinder.I thought the price for this was really great as I would've spent a lot more on the small containers they sell at a regular grocery store. The shipping came really fast and it was packaged well so that it seemed good and not stale or anything when I opened it. I would definitely recommend to others.

2018 09/07: Received this weekend. I thought it was a little pricey but, I am going to go with the few reviews posted and give it a shot.YEAH!! I love the zingy nutty crunch that fresh dried garlic can give to finishing veggies and salads. This has the real tangy bite of fresh garlic. I was nibbling on it and couldn't stop. It sautéed and steamed nicely too.I'm not sure if the supplier will stick around, it's has a label that looks like a local company. I hope they do, because this is really the best minced dry garlic I've ever found in 30 years. Simply a must have in the cupboard. Fast garlic without the mess.

It made pretty good gingerbread but is too expensive.

For some reason, I have been unable to buy dried, minced garlic locally in our grocery stores or at Costco. Every one has garlic powder, but that's not what I wanted. I finally, after weeks of looking for it, checked online. I looked at bulk foods and other bulk places but decided on this product because of the package size & the price. It's one of the best dried garlics I've ever bought. It smells very 'garlicky', as you'd expect it to. (I've seen other people review garlic saying it didn't smell very garlicky. This one doesn't have that problem.) The pieces are nice sizes & evenly chopped. I will definitely look for this brand next time I need dried, minced garlic.

Great product. We use a lot of freeze dried and dehydrated goods because we travel and I miss my garlic when it runs out. This is great and a good price too.

There must be better quality control. It's an useless food, if I need to sort it using a magnifier. After cooking, too many little pieces are stone-hard teeth-breakers. Who needs that?
