I was skeptical but...
Never though these would work. I WAS WRONG. Right after I plugged these in I never heard the critters in my attic any longer. They would come out every night and would keep me from falling asleep. No more scratching and running around. I'll probably get more and plug them all around the house and the garage.

Did not work.
I plugged them one in every room however, kept on seeing bugs everywhere specially ants. It did not work for me perhaps you need to install one in each outlet for it to work?!

I ordered this a few months ago and now that it is warm out I am seeing spiders and other bugs. This doesn’t work at all.

One is DOA
I bought from this seller because it appeared to be the same product several others were selling but was a big cheaper. One of them is not lighting up when plugged in so I seriously doubt it is working. Past the return period now and don't see how to contact the seller, and it is no longer available from this seller anyway. For what it's worth, the device's seem to work although I have no concrete mouse. We used a trap to send the mouse we had "to heaven" because these devices are deterrents only and do not immediately alleviate an existing problem. I have since ordered more from a different seller because the ultrasonic sound does not travel through walls (regardless of the brand, that's just how US sound works) and to be effective you have to have one of these in every room of the house and garage.
