Nice pizza peel but edges are a little rough so mind your fingers when cleaning. Found it tricky to slide pizza off into oven even with lots of flour on there

It works fine, sturdy and the wooden handle is a nice touch. What i did discover is that you need two peels in order to load and prepare pizza, in a wood burring oven such is the speed with which you need to work!

Product is great I have no issue with it other than a slight safety concern, the metal edges, particularly either side of the wooden handle are Razor sharp, I don't know if this was a defect on my particular item or if they are all like that, either way I just filed it down and blunted it with sand paper. Good product, just be careful.

Looks good on the laptop page! Seriously though, I have heard of a tight fit but as you can see the holes don’t line up, when I put 1 bolt in and tighten it the other 2 don’t even go in, when I try all 3 at the same time, the handle doesn’t meet the plate correctly. The wood doesn’t line up with the edge of the plate. I will need to use my multi tool to carve the handle for the metal to fit right. Apart from that it arrived when it was meant to. If I wanted a mechanic kit I would have ordered it.
