This is my first electric long board and I love it.I have not had any issue.Only thing i would do is make the protective cover for the charging port fix the port.I assume that if water get in there the board will not charge, that seems very important to me.I understand there is a Insane mode to this board, I will not be trying that anytime soon, but I am glad it is there for when I am more comfortable with the board.In normal mode the board is plenty powerful enough.I weigh about 284lbs and this board moves fast with me on it.I look forward to riding this board for a very long time.6/7/17 Update.When I bought this board, I bought a different manufacturers board also.I had to return that other board yesterday because the motors kept over heating.I also have been riding this board every day that it is not raining.I ride it to an from work and all around downtown, that is where i live.I love this board, I have been having so much fun on it.i have added LED lights to the front and the rear of the board.I also removed the grip tape to add a foam grip tape to add a little comfort to the ride.

First off, I'd like to say Thank You to Amazon. They did an outstanding job of making sure my purchase, replacement, and subsequent refund were taken care of in a fair and expedient manner. Now on to the board. My son enjoyed the board the first couple of weeks he had it. I'd estimate that he put around 15-20 hours on it without an issue. Then it started having an issue where the status lights on the board and charger would indicate that it was fully charged, only to switch to saying it was down to 25% after 30 seconds to a minute of use. It would also surge and pulse as if the power to the motors was intermittent. I contacted Amazon and they sent out a replacement immediately. After we received the new board, my son got to ride it for 3 days and then one of the motors quit working. I've spoke with Amazon again, and they will be issuing the refund as soon as they receive the return. I'd like to mention that I also tried to contact the manufacturer through the email address on their website, but never received a response. Overall disappointed with the product, but happy with Amazon's customer service.

Today is my second day with this board and all I can say is WOW! At first when I first stood on it and turned on the remote and pressed accelerate, I was a caught a little off guard and almost ate pavement. Make sure you are very gental on the accelerator button because this board has quite a bit of torque.I'm very happy with how well it was able to maintain its speed for the most part, a little bit after going below 50% battery I noticed the speed was reduced, but I was still able to cruise home without any issuesIf there's one thing that can be improved on this board, it would be the remote. I would like the remote to be a bit heavier and bigger so I don't feel like I'm going to lose it somewhere. It seriously is quite small and I had to put it somewhere where I wouldn't lose itI'll give another update in 2 weeks, but so far so good

We have put about 30 or so miles on it, doing well so far, holds a change for a good 10 miles of aggressive ridding from a adult, ( weight 165-170) after around 10 miles the battery light is on 2 so like 50% battery life, but the board losses power. But is still rideable. Little weak on steep hills over all but not horrible, no disconnect issues at all.. Rolls smooth.. Top speed is a solid 22-23 on flat ground with speed unlock. Hope this helps.. I ride a boosted board so I have high standards, and so far koowheel is awesome. It's no boosted but it's a great board for the money for sure. Don't listen to people that complain about loss truck Hardware, that's normal, I'm a skateboarder and loss hardware is normal 100%, my regular skate board needs to be checked, my boosted needs to be checked.... mixed feelings for this board. first off i’ll start with the positives. this board easily goes 25+ mph, and for my lightweight reaches 20mph going up hill. when it works, don’t get me wrong, it’s the most fun i’ve ever had in my entire life. this thing is truly a blast!! but that is were the good ends. yes, the disconnection problem is real. i weight 115lbs and even my tiny ass could disconnect the the battery from the motors. it happens whenever i hit a numb, most commonly just a rough patch in the road. that made the remote stop working and me having to bail at hope to slowdown from 25 mph in time. i hate that i have to return it, it really was fun

after 3 weeks of use on and off the board started having dosconnecting issues. Today i decided to power t on again amd it wont even turn on. Tried using the charger but it wont start anyway. I would like a refund
