Wagon Wheel Firewood Grate for Fire Pit - Made in The USA (32 Inch) Black

The grate that I purchased fit my pit perfectly and is super sturdy, just as I was hoping.Definitely recommend the grate.

Quality product. This is the 40” version. It fits my fire pit well. I suspect the high cost was largely related to shipping.

This grate definitely has some weight to it and feels sturdy. Straight out of the box there were a few areas where the finish has peeled off or was beginning to peel off. Also the welding of the joints does not seem to be clean. Much to say, I am very disappointed.

Very well made. The welds are excellent (wish mine looked like that).There is no assembly. It’s one solid chunk of steel. Not sure why Amazon offers assembly unless it is to unbox and install the thing.It’s American made which I like.Some reviewers think the pain should be immortal. That’s just not how this works. The fire is hot and moving, burning logs are abrasive. The paint will degrade. At some point the outdoor fire grate will rust. Try to think of it as patina. The 32 inch model fit perfectly in my 36 inch metallic ring. 32 in is the right grate for this type ring. The rings are not always true to size, but mine is close. Measure your pit if you have questions.

Fits our chiminea perfectly except it sits up too high (3”) for the wood to stay lit. Would work better if these legs were shorter. Am working on figuring out how to keep wood lit so may have to set something under the legs, like a firestarter to help make it work. Great solid iron grate, however.UPDATE!!! Laid a 10” grill over the grate to hold the wood in place & it works perfectly! See pics I added. I believe a 12” grill would work too. We found these at a hardware store in the Weber Grill section. We brought the grate with us to the store to play with different ideas of something to keep the wood lit and from falling so easily. Would be a good idea for this Heritage company to offer the grill too. The grate will far outlast the grill, however. The grate is heavy-duty cast iron. The grill is only a light metal that rusts easily. It may last a year with much use in the chiminea. Thankfully the grills don’t cost much.UPDATE: Over 12 months and still working great!

After using the flimsy grate that came with my fire pit for two years, it finally collapsed from many fires. I ordered this. I doubt this will ever collapse. It is very heavy and well made. Supports the logs well. If you are into backyard fires, you will love this grate. I originally ordered the 20 inch, but it was too small, so returned for 24 inch. They are actually about an inch shorter than advertised. Company was easy to deal with and returned email inquiries. Highly recommend.

Product as depicted and looks great in our new stone fire pit! Received before Christmas and hope to get out there with the family and inaugurate our new fire pit! Will try to get some pictures uploaded but it’s sturdy, well-made and looks great!

I put it in my fire pit. I had a couple of fires Works great! I like the height as it allows for air circulation and keeps the fire going.Now, if only we could have a fire. The Province is RED again.

Perfect fit in the fire pit, and was way better quality than expected. Pricey, but worth it
