These work. The orange ones don't.
My friend told me about these and we both bought them. I bought these but he ended up getting the orange ones. Mine worked great but his kept snapping off. Surprised how well they did on hills not only getting up the hills, but I had more traction going downhill too.

Lasted less than 1 mile.
Super easy to put on. Within a mile from my house they had all snapped & flew off into the snow. The plastic is cheap & brittle. It felt like I took 35 $1 bills & tossed em out the window as I drove down the road. At least I had a trail of bright green tie wraps to find my way back home.

Almost a one time use.
Cheaply made, when tightened you could see stress marks on the plastic. One trip up the driveway and 2 broke.

Peace of mind
My nephew recommended these traction devices because I live in a snow state. When I received the grips, I wanted to see how they looked on the tires and they were very easy to install. I have not yet had occasion to use them in the snow but could tell they would give a good grip when needed. I carry them with the rest of my emergency equipment, just in case, but I have peace of mind knowing they are there.

Worked like I thought they would
Worked like I thought they would.I drive a BMW X3 and it usually has pretty great traction but I've been going up to the slopes in Lee Canyon lately and I've had a few scares. I bought these a few weeks ago to have on hand JUST IN CASE. Last weekend while skiing it dumped 7+ inches and I couldn't get out of my parking spot! I put these on and after a few attempts I popped right out of the snow and was good to go. I drove with them on just until I was out of the parking lot and to the plowed road. When I went to cut them off two had already broken off. They are not meant to be driven on , just to get you unstuck! Ordered a new emergency pair yesterday.

Only 1 made it out alive
Had a chance to use them today. They were easy to install but once you start driving on them they may snap off. I used the whole pack and went from PDX to Gresham which is about usually 20 minutes without snow. We got about 4 inches of snow. After reaching the airport and coming back home there was only one left on a tire. All the other ones snapped off during the drive.
