A unique and optimal design.
I had a serious problem breathing/snoring at night and ordered one of almost everything I could find on Amazon. This product worked very well and I have been using it for nearly a year. It appears to have been originally offered under a different name/packaging, so I was glad to find it again. The problem I had with the other offerings was that they didn't work--either fell out or hurt, so I would wake up and take them out. This product offers enough sizes so that I at least was able to find the "right" size. Initially there was mild discomfort, but not enough to call pain, and eventually that went away. The other thing about this offering is that they give you two of each size. That's great because I lost one once. Can't imagine where it went, but it is nice to have a backup. And for a bit more detail about the others options, I found the nose cones that were more of a web (with gaps) just not strong enough to keep the breathing passage open. And others were too thin so again, they collapsed and I couldn't breath. And finally, some had such big loops coming out of your nose it was bothersome (though this by itself would not be a reason to not use them). The design of these devices is pretty optimal in all regards. But I will say I liked the non-colored ones better, but this of truly no importance. :)

Night two, wife still reports no snoring. fatigue is almost gone.Make them into a necklace that way if they fall out during the night you don't have to tear the bed apart looking for them

Don't Believe Their "SATISFACTION GUARANTEE"
After reading the reviews I had high hopes that I might find relief from these Dortz nasal cones. But they were no better than all the similar cones offered on Amazon, and they did not fit my nose properly. The Dortz company wrote to me indicating they were concerned whether I was satisfied. I explained to them that this did not work, and they replied Sorry it did not give you relief. What kind of "Satisfaction Guarantee" is that? They offered no refund or an exchange for another product. I would send them back but several of the cones fell out during the night and are lost. I would not write this negative review because other people's noses may be shaped differently and have better results. But I thought I should warn others who may believe that "SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" means the company will stand behind their product and offer a recourse or refund. They don't!

Amazing results!
I know I snore, a lot, but I live alone so it hasn't really mattered much. I keep an "ear" on it anyway with a snore monitoring app. My "snore score" on the app has been typically well over 100 (with 100 being higher than 85% of users, according to the app) and scores in the 150 to 180 range more often than not. Basically... off the chart! So last week, around 1:00 in the morning, I'm snoring along, and I was woken by the guy in the apartment below me knocking on the wall. Apparently I was snoring SO loud, I can wake up people in another room!!!Ok, so I figured time to try something. I knew from my nightly recordings that I am a "mouth snorer". I know I go to sleep breathing through my nose, but tend to get stuffed up through the night and end up breathing through my mouth and then snoring. So these seemed like a good choice to try first, and indeed it was a good choice! I just woke from a long nap, and my "snore score" was a 2!!!So yeah, they certainly work very well for me, and my neighbor will be happy too I'm sure. I can also say that I was a bit worried when I first put them in because they felt a bit strange, but once they kinda fit themselves in, they were no problem, and I had a very good sleep. I did buy a couple other devices to try as well... a chin strap and a mouth guard, but so far I'd say these are all in need. I did also buy an air purifier for my room, which probably helps too, but I will continue to use the vents, just to be on the safe side 🙂

Actual sleep apnea/collapsed nostrils, tired of spending big bucks on non-Amazon competitor, need silicone softness but not this
The very smallest sizes are made for Barbie dolls (they would be too small even for children, I am a petite adult); the largest are too large for my average-sized 5'6" boyfriend. These are little pieces of silicone. A competing brand not sold on Amazon that is also silicone costs $30 a month plus shipping (crazy and not mentioning them to give them more business, they need to seriously lower their prices), but they *actually* understand sizing and the fact that NO ONE likes the 'pinching' sensation between the nostrils. Gd almighty, this should not be a hard or expensive concept. Do any of these companies actually size/test on actual adult persons? POSSIBLY only the "medium" size fits me, and LESS UNCOMFORTABLE than some others from here I have tried, but when are makers going to sell by SIZE, NOT these ridiculous "multi-packs" with 3 sizes you can't use or give away, and when are they going to give a LITTLE extra room for the septum so that you literally can actually WIDEN your nose, as is the alleged intended purpose of these products?
