Easy, convenient, and legal! If you're going down the highway at normal speed, on a windy day, they tend to blow inward and downward. You may have to readjust once you reach lower speed zones. No big deal. Its not like you'll have to roll your window down or anything. (heeheehee). One install tip though, when putting them on for the first time, the little rubber stopper thing on the inside of the tightening screw seems impossible to work with. However, once you get the tightening screw actually engaged and keep turning it will smash that little sucker right down. After that, installation is a breeze!
