CP Toys Interactive Planetarium Board with over 1000 Trivia Questions and 3-D Solar System

This is my initial reaction to the product... The box is plain white with paper applied to the box for the packaging. Not very exciting but whatever, I got over that. But then my son opened this on Christmas and the interactive game board looked like it had been wiped down with a greasy cloth and also was full of fingerprints. As far as the interaction, my son seems to enjoy it but the speaker is either just too loud or poor quality and some things are hard to understand. I wouldn't buy another little boy the same one but hopefully my son likes it more than I do. The sun is pretty dim too.

This is a gift for our best friend's 4 year-old. He is very much into the solar system and this interactive planetarium was perfect for his learning type. He is a child with amazing focusing ability for the age of four, however, I think others, with less focus, would still enjoy it and learn at the same time.

My 5 year old grandson loved the plants but the pad that did the plant facts did not work as well as I thought it should. Buttons were hard to press and would not play at times. Over all it was ok. I was just expecting a little more for the money

The voice on this toy is very hard to understand. I find my son having to press (and its hard to hit the correct area to activate speaking, also when you do locate correct area....you have to press entirely too hard to activate sound) the keys hard in order to hear facts. Then he cant understand it.....all in all...I wouldn't buy it again :(

Bought for my grandson who just loves it. So nice to get an educational toy that can really be enjoyed

I was disappointed that there was no illumination on panel or planets. The only thing that lights up is the sun. The red ball in the center of solar system. The panel, or board do not light up at all. It would have been useable, and easier for the user to identify the planets, and the solar system if there was illumination of the planet on the panel, and the planet on the stand alone planetarium to help with the identity of what planet the board was referring to. It really is useless as a toy a child can use alone. There would need to be an adult to explain what planet the board is referring to. Very dissapointed. It is also packaged very poorly. I had 2 shipped to me, and in both boxes, the sun is rolling around in the box, so it will be scuffed.
