Not perfect, but usable
We purchased these for a 2011 Toyota Corolla whose weather stripping had torn off where it meets the window. When we received them, we noted that they had a little extra material than the factory ones that came off the car. Thankfully, the trim was just of the rubber portion for the front doors where it tucks in behind the side view mirrors. It was easily cut with a sharp knife into the same shape as the factory ones and the weather stripping then slid right into place. There was also a satisfying "click" when the retainer engaged letting us feel confident that it wasn't going to pop back out.

The old ones removed faily well with the right tools. Watch a video first that helped alot. They installed on a 2009 Toyota Corolla perfectly.

Great replacement part but can be a bit tricky to install.
The driver's side was a problem getting it so set correctly. Every thing else went in no problem.
