pretty useless to me since my steering wheel is over ...
I needed a steering wheel remote for my 95 f-150 since I just installed a new navigation stereo. This remote arrived on time, instructions only explained how to program the remote, you need the original remote to copy the signal to this remote. I tried over and over to program it, but a few buttons already worked, so I was able to test it on a few functions. Attached it to the steering wheel and nothing worked, so I moved it to about 3 inches from the stereo, then it worked. Hmm, pretty useless to me since my steering wheel is over a foot away. Maybe, certain stereos may have a rf sensor in different location, but does not work as a steering wheel remote on my ingenix stereo.

Works well
Works as advertised, however it is easy to block the IR signal if you operate it with your right hand. If you use your left hand to operate it or make sure your right hand does not wrap around the steering wheel and block the IR signal, it works quit well.

Waste of money
Typical made in china junk. Instructions are very poorly translated. I couldn't even figure out how to work the thing. Waste of money.
