Disappointed with Defective Product
I purchased a double pack of deodorant, but one of the bottles has a faulty spray mechanism that doesn't work at all. Without the spray function, the product is unusable. Unfortunately, I couldn't file a complaint because the package appeared to be in good condition, and both bottles looked fine from the outside. By the time I discovered the defect, it was past the return window. I feel really frustrated and cheated by this experience.
