I bought these as they popped up in my search for rain pants. They're mesh 3/4 of the way down. They're not bad pants, but they should not populate as rain pants.

Work pants. Outdoor flagger. Love them! If you're a little thicker buy one to two sizes above. Wear neon bike shorts underneath. Perfect!!!
