Love This!
Recently Started practicing yoga and didn't know something like this even existed! Great to help my hand strength, but I also tend to have not so ideal circulation in my hands and have found the hand massager tool to help alot.

Working out well for me
- The spring moves evenly, cleanly.- Adjustment moves easily and has a rather large range.- There's no padding on the handle but there are silicone inserts that aid in keeping hold of it and do give a little cushioning.- Handle has a gradient printed on one side so you can tell the pounds you set to.- Downloadable .pdf (In English and French) with ball exercises. (Same as came on a flier with the product)- The balls are just silicone. Very little difference between them, firmness wise, but they're surprisingly versatile.- I recommend keeping the packaging for the balls, they're massive lint magnets. Just rinse when needed.- The "GaiamRestore" web site is videos on their various products, but does not include the balls nor this handle.I like the set quite a bit. There's several exercises that are making my hands and forearms feel more engaged and stronger. The two online extras weren't useful to me at all - the first is a duplicate of the flyer that comes with this set, and the second is basically a product catalog demonstrations, that don't include either of these products. They feel well made and durable (though I'll update if my opinion changes). A solid 4 stars for me.Don't forget to use the Smile.Amazon.com address - It's an Amazon program where many things you buy every day will generate a small donation from Amazon to the charity of your choice. A Handy Product
As I get older I am more and more concerned with weakening muscles and loss of strength. An easy way to get a mini workout and to keep my hands strong is with the use of the Gaiam Restore Hand Therapy Kit. While it's primarily meant to be used for physical therapy and to relieve pain in the hands, this set, which includes two massage balls and a hand grip, is also excellent to keep at home, the office or, as in my case, in the vehicle that I use for countless hours on the road. I have no designated number of repetitions or sets, but I will often drive to an area for work and then take a brief break by using the hand grip to maintain my hand strength and, after finishing a job, use the balls to relieve any stress. The hand grip is adjustable, so you can make it as light or strong as you'd like depending on what you are using it for in your daily routine. The massage balls are divided into soft/medium and medium/firm (depending on how hard you squeeze them). There's also a small pamphlet included that shows you how to use the balls but not the hand grip for some reason. I docked one star for that.Otherwise, this set is excellent and I recommend it.

Great for an efficient rejuvenation shot for hands, wrists and forearms
My job requires a lot of time spent at the keyboard, and it's safe to say that from my elbows down my arms get into a rut. I don't have carpal tunnel syndrome, but there are days when I leave the office and I swear my hands creak more loudly than does my office door. Stretching helps, but I talked to a few folks and long keyboarding days can lead to major imbalances in your hands, wrists and forearms as some muscles atrophy while others get used all day.The Gaiam Restore hand therapy kit provides tools for simple and efficient workouts for the muscles my job neglects. You may have seen the old handgrips that are based on a simple triangle system with two straight plastic handles connected by a coil at one end. These old handgrips are uncomfortable, designed with a complete disregard for the actual shape of your hand, and provided only one level of tension. The Gaiam hand grip is ergonomically designed to be used in either hand and also is adjustable - allowing for great flexibility in the pressure required to squeeze the grip. The kit also comes complete with two squeeze balls, about the size of a golf ball, of different density that allow for slightly different exercises. I particularly enjoy just squeezing while holding one of them in my fingertips - it's a tonic after a full day at the keyboard.I've already seen definition return to my forearms and the back of my hand, and I feel better at the end of my work day. The hand grip is also quiet, so you can use it while watching TV and not offend your friends and family.Highly recommended.

Easy to use! My hands feel better!
I had never really thought about the need to do exercises for your hands until I came across this strong hands kit and other workout kits for the hands! I spend a lot of time typing at the computer, and I’m hoping it will help take away some pain I have begun to feel in the knuckles of my fingers. I’ve noticed that my hands feel stronger and more flexible since I started using these. The hand grip is adjustable, but it’s pretty hard for me to do right now at the easiest level. The massage balls come in two different densities, so you can start with the softest one and work up to the firm one. There is an exercise guide included in the kit. The items in the kit feel good, and the colors are nice!
