This incubator is just excellent and a real value. We have another one that was much more expensive but this one did the job just as well and it maintained the humidity much better that the more expensive model. I also like the alarm on this one. My other incubator only blinks when the temperature or humidity drop too low. That doesn't really help in the middle of the night. The alarm gave me peace of mind and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend this incubator. But keep the instructions nearby as it is somewhat difficult to set.

The manual is poorly written. Its hard to understand what they are trying to say. English must be their second or third language. Missing a lot of important information and has a lot of useless information. I am not sure how well it works, I still can't get it to the correct temperature. It would be nice if it would read in Fahrenheit. When I ordered it the price dropped before I received it. I should never purchase anything that is not Amazon prime.

I'm very happy with it

The only complaint is that the humidity is hard to control. I would recommend looking up some informational videos for clearer instructions than the booklet that comes with it provides.But overall, it's a good product. I'm at 50% hatch rate right now and counting.
