Q: It started leaking after I took the lid apart to clean. I put it together a few times, tightened it as hard as I can, but it still leaks. Advice?

Make sure the rubber seal is on correctly and not upside down, or inside out. Also make sure the rubber seal is not damaged in any way. If that doesn't work, write the company and ask how to get a replacement seal and make sure the replacement seal gets put on correctly. Are there any dents in the thermos or thermos lid, if so that can affect the integrity of the seal. I own two of them and they work flawlessly!

Q: I saw text on the other side of the mug in the first video. Is that printed on there or is it a sticker that can be removed?

The only text is a subtle "Thermos" at the bottom of one side.
