Walnut Hollow Country Solid Wood Skull Display & Mount Kit for Wall or Table Display in Oak , Brown

Love this product... it's clay, sturdy, easy to put together and fits my deer head perfectly and looks great on display. I was looking for something that could stand on its own and want cheap plastic and this is it!

This is a decent kit and now holds my small bear skull. It assembles easily enough but requires care when running the screw through the pre-drilled hole in the oak so that it hits the intended spot on the bottom of the skull bone so that it all holds together well.

These things work great for mounting skulls on the wall in a manner that looks pretty nice. They are a little tricky to get just right, and be prepared to do some sanding or rasping to square-off the edges (otherwise your skull may sit slightly cockeyed), but they are sturdy enough to trust. Also the holes aren't always exactly centered on the blocks, but it's not huge deal. Definitely a great value, and I already have about eight of these in use out in the garage to display some of the nicer bucks (the wife refuses them to be incorporated into the inside-the-house decor lol). Hopefully I'll be looking to buy more after this coming November rifle season!

This works great for my buck skull, but I used it for a dog with the bottom jaw on. I added felt and moss with hot glue. I’m sure I’ll buy another. Assembly was easy.

I printed a life size European mount and wanted to put it on an actual wood display. This was perfect. Pilot holes were in the right places, wood was beautiful. Would definitely buy this again if the need arises.

This is the fourth one of these I have ordered. They are sharp!But this box did not include any hardware, and if I had not already put the other three together I would have been out of luck.Quality control issue somewhere - so they are only batting 75% for me right now. I will absolutely order again, and just hope that I found the one lemon.

This is a great mount. Bought it for my husband's new European skull that he got last season. Looks great , we use it on a flat surface but this can also be put in the wall

Convenient way to display a Euro mount without poking a hole in your wall.Versatile that you can move from room to room. Yes, you will have to drill holes into a piece of wood.You might find it a bit wobbly depending on mount size. I just put longer screws in through base into pedestal to hold more firmly.

You can use it two differs ways. Not a bad little kit.

It’s decent but obviously cheap wood and screws. In fact, one screw head broke during assembly. Unacceptable level of quality given cost, imo. Spend a bit more and buy locally from a taxidermist where you can view quality before purchase.
