My daughter used it yesterday for the first time and she loved it! She hated brushing her hair so this is a really big deal. Her hair is very long always tangled. She brushed it herself and asked if she could take it to her dads which means I need to buy another one. This morning she let me brush and didn't complain once. You have no idea what a struggle her hair has been. We fight everyday before school. Today was the first time we had an easy morning! It also works great for my hair extensions. I have a mix of tape in, keratin and weft and it didn’t pull and easily brushed through: so happy I found this brush! I highly recommend it!

works somewhat on knots but the hair still gets wrapped around it and still pulls when there are bad knots.

Was hesitant to buy since there wasn’t many reviews. Not sure how I came across the video on YouTube but it works! I have long fine hair and I get knots in the nape of my head. Super annoying I use to loose so much hair using regular brush. This little spider brush does the job and hardly any shedding.

I have straight black hair all the way to midback. In the mornings they get a little tangled when I get out of bed. The dry air and high alkaline water in my area doesn't help. Decided to try this detangler and it's just a NO for me. Too flimsy. Don't bother buying this.

Knott Tamer IS ABOVE & BEYOND In keeping my hair smooth, tangle-free and healthy! I have almost replaced all my brushes for this product ( except for a blow out ). Why? 1) For wet hair it detangles & smooths with less brush bristles to pull on because it has flexible prongs! 2) For Dry hair it slides through the smooth layers until the tangle, then you motion the tamer through & it causes less hair to be damaged. 3) it’s light, easy to carry & IT WORKS!

I bought this for my two young daughters who both have long hair and are both very opposed to brushing their hair. At first I was skeptical. Even as I was “brushing” my daughters knotty hair with the knotty tamer, it didn’t seem like anything was happening, then like magic her hair was tangle, mess free and looked great. Their was little complaining and their hair looked better than it does with a regular brush. (I am not sure why that is but like I said, it was magic) Once I realized you use it differently than a regular brush, it has become easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone with hair.

Amazing! Worth it! No more knots! I have fine thin hair, but it gets tangled into knots underneath quite easily. The knotty tamer detangled the knots gently without pulling at my hair!
