Krown Krex 2 Bamboo Freestyle Complete Longboard, 9.25x41-Inch

This is the second board that I bought. I did a lot of hardcore stuff on a cheaper board from Walmart and that ended up breaking. I bought this one and it is fine. I have been riding it for about 3 months now. I've taken it around campus and around the city its a nice cruising board. I have also hit some hardcore trails at full speed; the board is very stable and turns pretty well. It also slides pretty decently. I love this board! Other reviews are right about the board being put together really tightly. After first opening the box, this board is extremely hard to turn on and 2 of the wheels did not spin for very long. DO NOT worry about this. I loosened the trucks and the board was a lot better. Now that I have broken the board in, my trucks feel a little more loose than I want so I may tighten them again. I never touched the wheels on the board they got better as I rode the board more. The only problem with this board is that I gets dirty pretty easy. the white wheels will turn brown and the grip tape will catch dirt but I don't mind that too much.

This longboard is one for the books. Lots of people complaining about how trucks are "too tight" wheels are "too tight", on and on about what's wrong with this board. Not only does this board look great(it really does!!) this board rides great granted I did loosen the wheels just a little bit, the really great thing about this board is that for $60(what I paid for it) you can upgrade bearings, trucks and wheels and still keep the board under $100. If you're looking for a starter board start here, it doesn't get much better!! All my friends have far more expensive brands of boards and I still can keep up. In the short time I've had this board people always give me compliments and tell me how expensive my board looks. Definitely get it and try it, for $60 you can't really go wrong! Just might want to upgrade the bearings which you can get on Amazon anywhere from $8-$50!!

So i ordered this board because it was pretty cheep and the reviews said the board was good. The board itself is great in my opinion, nice wood and bamboo, no cracks or any of that. It looks just like the picture and it has clear grip tape stuff, so you can see the graphic on the top of the board. Now getting this board cheap comes with consequences. The trucks, wheels, and bearing are pretty bad. The bearings mine came with were ABEC 7 bombers, which aren't terrible, the wheels are 70mm but are cheap. And the worst part are the trucks. They aren't even straight, the base plates are straight to the board but the pin is off center. This is a good beginner board and i went about 30mph with the original setup, not too much wobble. I plan on putting aftermarket trucks on it, and i feel like it would be a great board then. So it is a great board to buy and put aftermarket stuff on it.

This is a very well built board. I have been longboarding for 3 years now and for the price this is probably the best board you could get for the price. I weigh about 160 and I am about 5'10 and this board is great with a little flex in it. However if you weigh more than 200 lbs then you probably shouldn't get this board. But for the board it is very smooth riding and the board is very grippy with the spray on grip. The board corners rarely well although I would get new bushings for it and be sure to loosen up the trucks and wheels right out of the box... overall great board you should buy it you won't be upset.

Not gonna lie, it has disappointed since I've bought in. You HAVE to break it in when you first get it and I thought I wasted ~$70 because the trucks would NOT let my board turn. After about a week of breaking it in it now turns much better but not on a dime. I thought it was the trucks but I think it's cause the wheels are very distant from each other. Since the wheels are so far apart (front wheels from back) the turn radius is much wider than most boards. It's like driving a truck vs driving a car, the turns are much different. But had GREAT grip it might be even too good haha. And you have to get new bearing when you get this board because the bearings that come with it aren't good.So... Good deck, design, and wheels. Bad bearings. Questionable trucks. Large turn radius. But rides real smooth too. I don't really see anyone saying to future buyers that they're gonna have a frustrating time breaking in the board cause I did.

This board looked really good on the site but after I bought it and it came to my house right out of the package there are FAKE bearings AND when I stood on it it started cracking. Yes I'm a fairly large guy (240 lbs) But i've bought a backfire long board from amazon a year ago and it never had any problems like this. ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING AT THIS BOARD BE WARNED ITS BAD QUALITY! Really hope there's a way I can get my refund x.x

This long board is great for beginners the wheels are good but you could get better quality if your more serious about long boarding.The trucks on the board are tight but its also brand-new so that explains that.but also the bounce from the bamboo board is great.A very minimalist clean-cut design that wows.

Amazing board!It shipped for free and arrived in well under a week.Its packaging was well and it was in perfect condition.The board itself is very good,it has some flex which improves the riding experience for rougher terrain as well as it has very nice wheels and decent bearings.I paid 130 with tax and I would buy again.Also please note although the board itself looks very nice the clear grip tape loves to pickup dirt and pretty much any type of grim that your shoe carry's so please be weary.This board is very good for beginners because of its amazing stability and control the only downside to its performance is that it makes wider turns than normal boards,but that is expected from such a beginner friendly board.Overall its great for commuting and downhill as its control and flex make a very smooth and comfortable ride.
