Great product! Absolutely makes you sweat and fit's great! I am 5'9 and weigh 160lbs, got the S/M, and truthfully I forget it's even there once it's on. I was wearing the neoprene suits before and as long as this shirt holds up structurally, I will never switch back. I wear it under a t-shirt or rash guard and it doesn't add any weight or inhibit any movement at all in my workouts. I literally have to wring it out when I take it off...speaking of which I would recommend having patience when removing it. I can see how trying to, for lack of a better term, muscle it off can damage it. Take a few extra seconds or so and I believe it will extend the life of this shirt tremendously. Plan on buying another as soon as I am able.

Fits properly and seems to work well in my workouts. Only reason for a 4 vs 5 stare is it is early days so unsure about the help in loosing stomach fat. But, the extra firm hold certainly helps in the workouts.

I bought this with the idea of sweating and working out during COVID. I am a typicalish sized lady...not a workout guru (I have curves, in other words...), and started with about 3miles a day and moved up to about 20mile/day. This was great in the summer, nice looking, and really amped up the sweat. Now that it is winter, it has doubled as a heat layer that is super comfy to work out in. I added the pants, and wash them daily...then hang dry. Warm, flexible, super great purchase. I read reviews before purchase, and some worried that fabric would rip if stretched. Just wanted to add that...well...given my shape, it *has* to stretch, and there are no tears and errors with daily use.

I really wanted this product to work. I mean it does what it does however the sizing chart is super off and if you are normal height meaning 5'6" or taller this will not fit you at all, it will come down to your belly button and not cover your stomach. I would recommend to get one size larger than what you normally wear since it seems to be in Asian size. I ordered XL, its tight which is fine but the length is the main problem.

Well, the product kept its word. You will sweat without even knowing it. It builds up heat without you even knowing it. And I am surprised how effective it is. Five Star but problem is that if you're aware of your actual size. I recommend that you increase one size more.*update: This vest is still the best for the price. I highly recommend that this is more accurate in the material and I've observed that some other brands wants you to wear a tshirt under it and it doesn't have that heat building rubber like this one. And complaints from other brands that its too thin and not building material. I'm glad I investigated And found this one. wear this under your tshirt, workout and you'll see all the sweat drenching and might sweat on your pants Haha. Slight pricey than the others but I tell you everyone get this. you won't regret it. Just work out with this best on under shirt.
