This product works for exactly what I need it for; creating a fancy dress costume. However I have seen some reviews which say they’ve used it to re-cover car seats which I don’t think it would be fit for as it has that faux leather smell (slightly fishy) and wears quickly.

For the price this was good quality and love the colour as the picture does not do it any justice much nicer when it arrived. Highly recommend

The fabric is a bit thinner than the original seat cover of my 1950s motorcycle but was easy to cut and machine.

Absolutely brilliant fabric. It comes folded sadly so it will need ironing on the fabric side with a coolish iron. The material is wonderfully soft so feels great as these headboards plus staple gunned easily. I do wonder how well it will last as so soft however at this price it can be replaced easily. I staple gunned it over the original black fabric.

The fabric was absolutely perfect for me needs BUT it didn’t come on a roll as expected but folded being VERY creased and it has proved impossible to remove the creases as it cannot be ironed. Perhaps there is a way to remove the creases but I don’t want to damage the cloth.

Only slight flaw was that it was quite deeply creased so I used a steamer on it before being able to use it.

I returned next day sadly. Nothing wrong with the material as far as I could see .. but it was the wrong colour. As stated before, it's hard matching coloured material online. I may have to match the colour in an actual shop.
