Sizes are all over the place, but they are great with modified cooking
Packaging said 30 minutes @425 flip half way. Mine wasn't crispy so I did 10 more minutes @450 flipped half way and they were crispy and soft on the inside. Ovens are all different so modify yours to the best of you judgement.

My son's favorite cut of fries. This brand is always great... working well in the oven or air fryer. The brand is still available on Amazon but the Steak Fry cut has not been available for a few months now
